    what he is talking about there at the end is kinda funny, I do that too, if I don't feel like working out that day I will con myself into just going and doing a little something, then I start to feel it and get my whole workout in after all.

    so do i lift before hitting the bag , pads / spar or the other way around? i wanna do these (lifting)
    twice a week too and focus on combat more the rest of the week like gsp

      fireboy doesn’t matter. 100 lbs is almost insignificant. Women train with more than that

      Robby And that is where you’re wrong, my friend.
      You see, he clearly stated early on in the video that it’s meant to challenge your cardiovasculair conditioning.
      He has also let us known that it will require absolutely all of your mental strength.
      I truly hope that you understand the reasoning behind the video now, perhaps we can discuss more on the matter soon.

      fireboy we can disagree lol. All I’m saying is I don’t think 100 lbs is enough weight. Even if he’s looking for a cardio work out. I have been powerlifting and kickboxing since I was 13. Also, this video was a long time ago. I think George realized later the benefits of heavy squats as he spent a significant portion of his training doing Olympic weightlifting.

    He forgot to mention training with a partner. Without a partner you don’t have a spot. You can’t lift as much.
