fireboy we can disagree lol. All I’m saying is I don’t think 100 lbs is enough weight. Even if he’s looking for a cardio work out. I have been powerlifting and kickboxing since I was 13. Also, this video was a long time ago. I think George realized later the benefits of heavy squats as he spent a significant portion of his training doing Olympic weightlifting.
