Hello, we arranged with hotel and it cost approximately £50 per person.
Pamukkale is a small place and there are many agencies selling excursions including the balloon ride.

As far as know they fly everyday but subject to weather being good.
Our first flight was cancelled as too much wind so this was done on the 2nd day.
