What are the signs of an ill heart? Self-diagnosis kit:
    1. How does the heart react when you hear the Quran recited?
    2. When was the last time you shed a tear in the cause of Allah?
    3. How do you behave when advice is given to you? (hard heart rejects truth even if evidences are many)
    4. How do you feel when it comes to the topic of death? Careless?
What are the causes of a hard heart?
    Blame yourself (sins)
What are the things that allow the heart to flourish?
    1. The Quran and the remembrance of Allah
    2. Beware of becoming obsessively attached to the dunya. (train self to live a life of coarseness - blessings don't last forever)
    3. Beware of excessiveness in general (eg. obesity, socializing, sleeping, shopping, laughter)
    4. Be in the companionship of good people
    5. Be in the companionship of those who are dying/have died
    6. Be in your own private company, especially in the depth of the night (reflect: Why am I here? Where am I going?)
    7. Beware of using your heart for other than what it was created for (sins)

💚Please note these are not the complete ayats, but I took keywords from each ayat. If you would like to read the full ayat, then check the reference.
💬For example take a look the first statement:
🌹Dont insult (Q49:11), when you google Quran 49:11, then you will see the complete surah’s English translation and you will see following:
☝️🕋O believers! Do not let some ˹men˺ ridicule others, they may be better than them, nor let ˹some˺ women ridicule other women, they may be better than them. Do not defame one another, nor call each other by offensive nicknames. How evil it is to act rebelliously after having faith! And whoever does not repent, it is they who are the ˹true˺ wrongdoers.☝️🕋
    🤲🌻ALWAYS REMEMBER🌻🤲:
✍Allah is the most merciful and forgiving, no matter how much you have been sinning, run towards Allah , turn to Allah and repent , ask for forgiveness. Some references from the Quran:
    🌺🌺🌺🕋Quran 39:53🕋🌺🌺🌺
Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins. He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
    🌺🌺🌺🕋Quran 25:70🕋🌺🌺🌺
As for those who repent, believe, and do good deeds, they are the ones whose evil deeds Allah will change into good deeds. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

“Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.”
Dont forget to recite Ayatul kursi before sleep

When you go to your bed, recite Ayatul Kursi and you will be protected by Allah, and no devil will come near you until morning.

Subhanallah what a lecture. I’ve watched the first 2 parts inshallah I will watch all of them in this series as a huge effect from these words seems to be taking over.
Another point id like to make in terms of how the dunya caters to the nafs currently is in the pornography people are watching and the way instagram is showing us women.
If you’ve been looking at Arabs it will show you Arabs, If you’ve been looking at black girls it will show you them, if you’ve been looking at Latina’s it will show you them.
Any sexual act, any fetish, any preference right down to a tee, you can find.
My brothers the sheikh is right we are living in the most trying time. We are living in the time where we have more fitna available at our fingertips with our nafs what people saw in the entire lives 1000 years ago.
    Filth is the norm.
We must undertake a spiritual cleansing like the sheikh is discussing to even stand a chance Subhanallah.

Could it be also that we don’t enjoin the good and forbid evil. Or only do so if we feel it’s pragmatic to us and won’t cause harm?
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “By the one in whose hand is my soul, you must enjoin good and forbid evil, or else Allah will soon send punishment upon you

43.25 prophet Muhammed SAW instructed us to walk bare feet. Could this be ti have humility and connection to the earth? Another benefit of this is the earthing of positive ions out of our bodies which creates inflammation. He instructed us to wear leather shoes too which keeps the connection of the earth and our bodies, helps ground us as the earth is full of negatively charged electrons which when we walk bare feet help to stabilise our positively charged bodies.

˹It is˺ Allah ˹Who˺ has sent down the best message-a Book of perfect consistency and repeated lessons-which causes the skin ˹and hearts˺ of those who fear their Lord to tremble, then their skin and hearts soften at the mention of ˹the mercy of˺ Allah. That is the guidance of Allah, through which He guides whoever He wills. But whoever Allah leaves to stray will be left with no guide.
Surah 39 Az Zumar (The troops) Ayat 23

    GOOD NEWS 🌸🌸
Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) will forgive our major sins if we say this Dua with the conditions of repentance
    Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3577
Please make it a habit to recite this Dua in the morning and thrice in the evening
أستغفر الله العظيم الذي لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم وأتوب إليه
Astaghfir ullah-al azim alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Haiyul-Qayyumu, wa atubu ilaih times
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the mighty, there is no true god except Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self- Subsisting, and I turn to Him in repentance)
    Hadith
Our Prophet Muhammed SAWS said who say this his or her sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah)
There are some conditions for repentance which we need to follow
    1. Admit our mistake / sin to Allah(سبحانُه و تعالى)
    2. Regret the sin we did
    3. Seek Allah (سبحانُه و تعالى
) s forgiveness and repent sincerely back to him (This Dua )
    4. Make a promise to Allah that you ll do your best not to repeat this sin again
In case you fail as human
    Good news once again 🌹
Sincerely follow the above steps and repent again
    Allah (سبحانُه و تعالى)
promised that he will always accept our repentance as long as it is sincere
Please copy and spread this message,
May Allah(سبحانه و تعالى) reward you for spreading this message

Good company meaning good people, good friends, good interactions that help you and benefit you in a positive and uplifting way. First we must work on ourselves and be the person that we want to become friends with and surround ourselves with. We should work on being that person whom we wish and pray for and be the best version of our own selves.and this process takes time, effort, hard work, discipline, prayer ,etc and it is a continous work in progress so don't feel hopeless when you think that you're not getting anywhere.small steps in the right direction will equal to you reaching your final goals as long as you stay optimistic and never give up. stay strong in your faith (imaan) and pray to ALLAH SWT and don't feel ashamed or worried to tell ALLAH SWT whatever is bothering you and you need help with. No one will understand us better than our Lord ALLAH SWT.ameen!
Whoever is meant to be for you will come to you Insha'Allah. We need to make dua for it and practise being good and righteous inside and out and Insha'Allah in time people who are good for you will find their way to you.
Insha'Allah Allah will help us all and forgive us all and accept our duas if they are of benefit for us.Ameen!
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuhu! 🤲💯✨
