I think Bonecrusher was killed by The Fallen, as when he activates “the pyramid”, he elevates a few dozen objects to the tip of the pyramid, and in the top right corner you could see Bonecrusher’s alt mode right before he loosens the grip. Bonecrusher’s alt mode is then also seen rolling down the pyramid.

Only issue I see with this theory is that Blackout isn't Grindor. They have confirmed different personalities, and the concept of identical twins DOES exist in the bay-verse. Its makes more sense that Grindor is Blackout's twin coming to help megatron, especially considering the fact that Grindor is like 15 feet taller than Blackout was.

KyloJames 13 for all we know, this is the actual script/plot for the movie, but Bay’s directing cause it to be excluded out, leaving a lot of stuff unexplained.

Actually better theory since the fight between Prime and Bonecrusher was miles from the city, and Barricade also broke off from the pack the conversation between the two must have been whether or not Bonecrusher could single handily crush the Autobots with Barricade telling him he obvious couldn't. Frustrated Bonecrusher advanced to be engaged by Optimus. Bonecrusher was obviously decapitated and left for scrap only for Barricade to arrive and recover his remains calling him a dumbass. Rebuilding him while decapitated his spark was left untouched so other than reconnecting his brain module to his body he wasn't in the exact condition for a total shutdown. Meaning he could be recovered, but it probably was a very risky procedure which explains why it took so long for his reappearance.

Something you're forgetting to mention about the sonar stuff is that when multiple objects are close together sonar, just like radar, has a hard time telling that they're close together, so more often than not, if multiple contacts are extremely close together they will register as just a single contact
It's also possible that the Autobot may have destroyed bonecrusher's claw in Egypt as they know that its his signature weapon of choice, hence destroying it making them easier to fight him
Also rmb about the megatron height shrunk theory I suggested ? My conclusion is that upon being modify into galvatron, originally the ksi want that to be their own version of optimus, while optimus is 28ft, 7ft shorter then megatron, megatron have also shown to have constantly change galvatron appearance to make him look more like himself rather then optimus
Megatron tried to gain his height and bulk back but there wasn't enough parts provided by the ksi to do so since it's possible that the total amount of transformium weight and bulk within galavtron is the same as optimus does due to the design
then in the last knight when quintessa possibly let megatron gain a new body, she doesn't want him to go very alien ish by giving him the hunch back and chicken leg and to go against optimus's knight armor form, she decided to fight fire with fire by giving megatron a more barbarian knight look with proper human like proportion, thus no need for the height gain

Bumblebee absorbed Sam's soul, because of how devoted Bumblebee is to him. This would explain why Bumblebee has a more American accent in TLK compared to the 2007 movie.

My guess is they’re copies as in they’re cons that share a body type. Which wouldn’t be too far of a stretch considering how often that happens in transformers. Such as bee and cliff. Cybertronian ironhide and ratchet. Starscream and his armada. Just to name a few. It’s safe to say that body types get reused on cybertron a lot. Also it wouldn’t be too far of a stretch that there are way more constructicons on cybertron than just the initial group.
Look at trench. He’s an autobot who was shown in TLK for a few brief scenes but his robot mode is the exact same as scrappers with an excavator alt mode instead of a bulldozer. So the constructicons we see form devastator are the named ones on the box for the toys but the other ones we see throughout the film universe are all transformers who share a body type
To further this theory (I’m just spitballing here) the answer could lie within their T-cogs. As stated in tf prime a T-cog is biology to transformers rather than technology. It could influence their body type at birth which is why in dark of the moon we see a copy of long haul scanning a trash truck. And it’s why cons such as dreadbot and berserker share body types with crankcase crowbar and hatchet. Plus both scrapper and trench have similar body types to bonecrusher. This would explain how we still got devastator at the end of RoTF despite having several construction vehicle cons get scrapped like the one in Shanghai and it explains how a skipjack lookalike fought and lost to bee while still being present to combine

Three things in ROTF I've always been puzzled on are these... 1: How did Megatron and the other dead Cons NOT fall into the M.Trench? 2: HTAF could Megatron be revived with the same thing that killed him when Jetfire explains that the Matrix of Leadership would be, in theory, the only thing to revive a Spark? I mean really; it's like taking a fatal gunshot to the heart and then being shot in the heart again to bring you back. That's not how it works. And finally 3: How can there be TWO Mixmasters in the Egpyt fight scene? One being in the battlefield and the second making up Devastator's head.
If there are videos on these points, I apologize. However, without explanation for at least the second point I mentioned, the only purpose of ROTF, to me at least, is to explain and introduce the Matix of Leadership and N.E.S.T.; nothing more.

During his battle with Optimus, Bonecrusher had one of his arms severed before he was killed. It is possible that in his Revenge of The Fallen appearance, his claw was not on his back because he was using it as an improvised replacement for his lost arm.

Hey Trans I have a theory for a next video. Blitzwing in the movie (Bumblebee) is actually a triple changer. My evidence to back this up is that when Dropkick and Shatter arrived to earth, they scanned their vehicles as regular Transformers (Robot mode and vehicle mode) and later on they scanned their aircraft vehicles to become triple changers. What im trying to say is that if Blitzwing survived, then he probably would’ve scanned a tank. Since he probably did not have enough time to scan a second vehicle mode when he arrived to earth (probably because he was scared he would be caught by Sector 7), he just scanned a fighter jet. Then he made his way to find Bumblebee. He was probably in a hurry to try and hunt Bumblebee.

Ravage is C-1 since he was the first one in the water then C-2 is Scrapper, C-3 is Mixmaster, C-4 is Skipjack, C-5 is Long Haul and since Megatron was the first to be revived he is C-6 and then it says TC-4 which I think it’s Grindor, Brawl, and Bonecrusher because it would go in the order of which they came in the water

Bonecrusher's body and head was on a different ship, but got dropped into the same area as Megatron.

When Scalpel used the Shard to revive Megatron, the wave had come up exactly to Bonecrusher's body. Bonecrusher was under Megatron as a sort of bodyguard, so couldn't be noticed in the radar.
The shard made following changes:

Bonecrusher was killed by Ironhide: Ironhide jumps on him and tears some back parts and shoulder parts, then he would blast his head, somehow break into his back and get his claw-spike, and stabs him into the spark, causing Bonecrusher's death.

But like other critics that like the franchise, I'm sure that Blackout and Grindor are separate characters along with the Bonecrusher that we see in ROTF in the desert final battle was just another decepticon clone drone taking on the form of bonecrusher because why not I guess same can be said for Brawl in DOTM just another Brawl wannabe decepticon drone clone.
Speaking of DOTM some say that Bonecrusher was in that movie too but only for a brief second and I'm sure you know what scene I'm talking about but either way they all could be clones of decepticon drones trying to be like the better ones because again why not it is Micheal Bay we are talking about after all always about the explosions no development for characters or a story except for the first and maybe the 3rd movie in my opinion.

But yeah above all that I love this franchise even though it is what it is. I mean hell if it was mean I would take at least 3 or 4 years to put together a real descent story make likable characters that you care about and maybe add in few explosions when needed and pick out autobots and decepticons that we haven't seen before and make them like their G1 counterpart but with a MB look and style and make them true to their characteristics and personality.
IDK what do you think Jason what would you do if you had the rights to directing a transformers movie in the cinematic universe if you want to make a video about it I would like to think what you would do and if you had the budget to do it?

Very interesting Jason, and what about cybertronians in other time periods you know like in the flashback sequences like for example recently in TLK mideval times, if you do which time periods during earths history would you explore through the cybertronians being on earth from the very start.
I myself would've loved to see western, cowboys and giant alien robots although they did sort of that with (2011) cowboys vs aliens something like that but better and with cybertronians, along with that timeline I would've liked to see a thing with Pompeii and the creators being in the place of the volcano although I'm pretty sure that, that idea was supposed to be along with AOE but was scrapped because of the same year released (2014) Pompeii movie yeah that explains it all.
There are more timelines that that I have in mind but those 2 are the ones that I could think off the top of my head but yeah.
I mean earths timeline history with cybertronians central here anything is possible and MB only teased it with us with his 5 films.

Well actually is wasn't really Bonecrusher. Not the original type. It's a prototype that took the form as Bonecrusher. And it also look a little different to the head if you really look at him.
Bonecrusher is powered by his hatred and and is literally too angry to die
