I am glad you are choosing to maintain an artisanal approach to your tea making. Knowing each batch has its own particular characteristics adds to the enjoyment of discovering and appreciating tea. I look forward to seeing videos of your recent experimentation. I had never tried sun dried black tea before purchasing your Autumn 2023 Naka and Autumn 2023 Jingmai Gushu black teas during your Black Friday sale. After an initial taste, I put them aside for several months and have since been amazed at their subtle but continuous transformation. Increasingly delicious!

I'll never get tired of the sound of the leaves cooking. Too bad youtube doesn't have a smell function as well.

I'd be really interested in Yixing pots from you! I'm quite deep into the tea rabbithole and you are my gateway to puerh. It'll be good if you could recommend yixing teapots to pair too, since we all know the dangers of yixing clay scams...
Regarding factory/house expansion/modernisation, I think it would be good if you kept stuff that you cared about. It's great to keep the iron woks since you have an attachment to them and more permanent features like the red brick wall can be kept, but you need a slightly more learned architect and construction team to build something that isn't the typical soul-less new concrete house your Chinese neighbours have. Keep the spirit and make it the centre of the new building and build around it. This also depends on which architectural features you value.
You can always buy new factory equipment if you're going to expand your business, but it must be clear that the 'premium stuff' and the place for experimentation will always be the iron wok, handmade, smokey wood-fired tea.
Sometimes technology can be a crutch and you need to fully master the techniques with a wok before applying them using the latest greatest equipment (yes I'm old school).

Wonderful to see you at the wok again. Glad to hear you are focusing on the aesthetic. I, too, love the teaware and other accoutrement as much as I love the tea. Also, glad to hear you are considering continuing your current processes, as it gives you, I think, a unique product and I am always in favor of saving the old, despite the attraction of the new. Have a successful spring season!🌱🥃🌱

Great video! I recently got a lot of your samples and I thought there was definitely a unique element to your teas, kind of toasty note, I think I see why now. Keep up the great work. I just ordered a cake of 2023 Tang Fang Liang Zi ❤

Ceramics are fun, but the shipping must be a nightmare! 1 breakage and re-ship must equate to lost profit equivalent to like 5 more sales

Welcome back, to a good season! 🫖
Agree with you regarding not modernizing. It will make the tea boring and/or bland imo.
