I'm obsessed with these blushes, my favorite shade is She's so LA. It's just a unique shade in my collection. But, you're right, once you apply the cream over the powder they come to life in such a beautiful way.. and you're also right, they last ALL DAY which I love that💋❤💗🙌

When I first saw ‘She’s so LA’ online I thought I was absolutely passing, but I watched a tutorial Patrick did on light skin and it sold me. I love it! The tone changes once it actually goes on your skin. I bought all 3 except the mulberry shade and I’m obsessed 😊🥰❤️

I actually watched Cate's review this morning and even though I don't have the Patrick Ta blush (yet!), I did his layering style with an hourglass blush and a rituel de fille cream blush and am IN LOVE with how it looks.
Wow, what a difference technique makes! These blushes look so good on you, you have beautiful cheekbones!! I am going to try the powder first, cream blush after technique now!!
You’re looking so fresh with this makeup and top duo. The puffer sleeves really suit you and the colour of this top is just 🤎

I always apply Bobbi Brown cream blush first, then Shimmer Brick. I'm actually not sure about putting them the other way around. Maybe this only works for the products, which are made for that. The colours are beautiful in any case! 😊💕

Just came from Cate’s video on these... Love your review, Michele! I purchased “She’s so different”. I am waiting for it to arrive and had a hunch it would be my perfect mock sunburn shade. Your cheek and arm swatches confirmed my hopes! Can’t wait to try this out. I’m checking out Kackie’s How to Fake a Sunburn video next. I never tan, so a glowy red cheek is totally my summer look now!

I love these. I always watch his videos because his products can be diff with application. His blushes are very buildable. I love applying cream with the butt end of sponge.

I'm so glad I watched this!! I just got the She's so L.A. in the Sephora sale, and I've been struggling with it. Sometimes I can get it to look how I want, but I'm never sure how I got there, lol. It's always after about 20 minutes of struggling with it, just because I know how gorgeous it can look. Now, I have the technique! So happy, thanks!! 🥰
I was inspired by this creme/powder layering and tried both ways with some of my other blushes. I was really hopeful that I could save my Mac glow play blushes and layered one over a Laura mercier. Maybe it will help with the lasting power 🤷🏻♀️

I mentioned in one of the demo chats the Patrick uses a reverse application technique. It was met with resistance, I must say.😁 I don't own these (yet), but I tried the technique with my Natasha Denona Bloom palette, and it appears to work well there.

Applying powder first, before the cream product has always seemed counterintuitive.... until now! It never would have occurred to me that I might need to “read the directions” when applying blush... I’m so glad you explained this🤗💕

My order came today. FWIW for others - I’m very fair but olive and the Oh She’s Different shade looks amazing. Super happy with the purchase - I got it to pair with red lipstick like his promo photos and you can definitely use a light hand to make it sheer enough even for quite fair skin. Hooray!! Comes off like a neutral red - its a happier shade than say Clinique Cola Pop which I have as a comparison. And not as pink undertones as Nars Goulue.

Cate, It wasn't your demo video that I was referring to! Several others were applying cream first. They preferred it that way.....and that's fine. It IS the opposite of everything we've always been taught! To be fair, after I (and others) mentioned it, they tried it both ways. ❤

I like the WA because the finish is a little bit more radiant. The PT duos are more of a demi-matte which is great if you're looking for that.

Yay! Do you think the bronze shade could be a good bronzer for fair skin with neutral/pink undertone?
It may be a little too warm if you have more pinks - it may come off too orange-y 🤔
I ordered the pink duo from Sephora and am waiting for it to arrive. Hm, I wish each shade worked well on its own. I don't like that I need to apply both to get the best color. I'll play with it as you suggested. Btw, I used 500 Sephora points to get $10 off my order, so the blush duo cost me $24!

I have been loving She’s so LA 💕 I reviewed the 4 duo blushes and lipsticks with the demo both ways cream on top and then the typical way too 🥰 yes I reapplied my foundation 4 times 🤪In fact there are 3 application methods mentioned on the instructions, at the back of the box , in tiny letter lol 🤓 I love to see more creators with different skin tones reviewing these Patrick Ta products, so worth it! 💖😘

will she's that girl show up on light/medium skin? a lot of blushes tend to look almost non existent on me because the pink is so faint. i do like a touch beyond light pink that is noticeable.
