This was a prop I remember seeing at Lowes in 2020 and I always thought it was interesting. It was probably one of the only good props to be at Lowes that year. I just never bought it. I had an opportunity to get one a few months ago and I took it. It's a very cool item. I really like the eye in the book. It definitely reminds me of Book from the Hocus Pocus films.
