Hi Mr. & Mrs. T! Wow, what an enjoyable video. Skyland Ranch looks to be a fun-filled place for me to visit someday. That roller coaster reminds me of one in Helen, GA, called Georgia Mountain Coaster, and another on Scaly Mountain in Highlands, NC, called the Scaly Screamer. Both coasters are a blast, and the facial expression on many patrons' faces mirrors the one Mrs. T displayed. FYI - The Smokies got their name from the Cherokee people. They called it “Shaconage” (shah-con-ah-jey), which means “place of the blue smoke.” Hence the blue mist that floats above the peaks of the mountains. Y'all be and stay safe out there! GOD bless!
This was awesome and you guys inspired us to take another trip back to the Smokey Mountains. Our last trip in 2020 was a blast and we need to check out the Sevierville Ranch!! Thanks for sharing!! Herbie, Mary, & Peanut!! 💯👍🏽
Wifey Gravley is with Clay- she doesn’t do coasters! At least you embarked… she wouldn’t have even gotten on the ride so kudos to you, Clay! 🙌🏾 PS, that camerawork was awesome. How’d you record yourselves on the coaster and the lift? Wow!
Wow Darryl, excellent video! especially the side view of yall on the coaster. Very informative, made me hungry at the end with the food!😂 . You and Clay keep it coming.
It's been a long time since I've been up there and apparently it has changed so much. The ski lift rides were my favorite; there were several of them with great views.
We had a great visit to the Skyland Ranch in the Sevierville & Pigeon Forge area! Hope you get a chance to visit as well!
