I never used oil filled gauges in the engine room or on the engine when I was in the Navy. Oil filled gauges were used in the control room which is usually air conditioned so that we had a much better control on the pressure of an oil filled gauge.
I do have a question I’m chasing to see if it is possible to have this regulator( smaller one) be stuck at 20psi I try to adjust pressure and it stays there
Well some of the units have just a rubber nipple on the top and it physically says with a white sticker on the gauge that says cut? I've never seen a gauge with a button on yours there's other models out there with rubber nipples and it clearly states to cut a vent hole on the rubber nipple
Just don't use a liquid filled gauge. The liquid filling doesn't give any longevity to the fuel pressure gauge, it's just thete to steady yhe needle. Fuel Lab and others sell gauges that aren't liquid filled and don't need dohickies.

Great info. I didn’t even think about the gauge not reading accurately.
The man , Brock , hooked me up with an entire new fuel system with aeromotive and fragola! I got the pressure sensor along with the mechanical gauge!
Thank you! Greatly appreciated, Doug and team.
Aeromotive techs say to pull the gauge valve up and let it relieve the pressure then push it back down.
Man your whiskey in the background is making me thirsty haha
Bantons ftw!!
Do they make this for low pressure for carb stuff
Do they make a low pressure version for use on carburetor vehicles
Never use the liquid filled gauges but I mostly do carb cars and use a removable gauge to set/check efi
Had one for about 4 years now!
Pretty sure you pop the brass valve up and leave it there. That's what the sticker on the side of mine says.
Do you has not sell these any longer?
Thanks
I just got a JEGS regulator and gauge for a mechanical pump and carburetor, what is your honest (honest) opinion of the product??

Whats the part number of that fpr guage sir? Thank you
If the brass fitting is accidentally pulled out, how do you reset it as it’s fallen below zero? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Did you figure this out?
@@rushking19 recently sold that vehicle. Onto the next…
I think you forgot the links, at least they are not showing for me.

Sorry about that
Link doesn't work 👎

SO WHATS THE BEST WAY TO SET IT??
