IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH YOUR INFANT BABY ROCKER. THERE ARE A FEW TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
1. CHECK BATTERY ORIENTATION.
Ensure That the batteries are inserted correctly in the battery compartment
2. BETTER QUALITY OF THE BATTERIES.
Make sure that you are using fresh, high quality batteries that are fully charged.
3. RESET THE ROCKER.
Some baby rockers may have a rest button or sequence that can help troubleshoot issues. Just refer to the user manual to see if a reset option is available.
4. INSPECT WIRING AND CONNECTIONS.
Check for any loose or disconnected wires inside the battery compartment or underneath the rocker. Ensure all connections are secure and properly connected.
5. TEST WITH AN ALTERNATIVE POWER SOURCE.
If the rocker has an option to be powered by an AC adapter or USB cable, try connecting it to an alternative power source to see if it works properly
6.CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
