KAYAK TO ANTELOPE CANYON VIA LAKE POWELL - MUST SEE!

Make sure to adjust quality to 1080p60 before watching The most epic day of kayaking and hiking! Truly breathtaking views, oh my gosh. Both Lake Powell and Lower Antelope Canyon had been on my bucket list for a long time, and this was the ideal way to check them both off, especially during wild Covid-19 times. We did this 4-hour long tour with Lake Powell Adventure Co. and I highly recommend their company. Very professional and informative, and it was just a super fun day overall :) All footage was shot on my GoPRO Hero 8. Happy adventuring, all!

You’re so welcome! Glad you enjoyed it! How old are the children? I’m not sure if the tour company has a cut off on age. We had one child on our tour and I’d guess she was about 10 years old. I’d check their website but I don’t see why they wouldn’t allow children. It was safe and our guide was great! Paddling back was a bit difficult with the wind so the only challenge I could see would be not having much help in the tandem kayak.. but still totally doable and so much fun!

Hi. Can I just kayak and visit the antelope on my own or do I have to have a tour guide?

I’m honestly not sure. In my research it seemed you aren’t allowed to visit the canyon without a guide, but I would check for yourself and see what you can find. I’m not a local, I just visited this area one time and decided to do the tour 😊
