You are living the dream man! Hanging out below tons of different species of fish, sharks and whatever not, just casually metaldetecting for some lost belongings. The crystal clear water, and being close to the sharks and the turtles makes you feel being part of it. Such an inspiration!
They're cleaning lakes, rivers, waters, and seas everytime they do this. And I'm proud someone hasn't lost their way with throwing things into the sea. Thank you for cleaning the waters one trip at a time.
I straight up get annoyed by advertising sometimes but you sold me on that Nomad. I haven’t been diving in over 15 years but I’ve been wanting to get back into the water and this is perfect option.
I'm in Iowa where under surface visibility is usually 12-18", I can get close to 24" with my dive light. When folks here lose anything under water they don't bother looking for it. I think a guy could make out pretty good with a metal detector in the lakes here.
Your dad seems cool as heck. Have y'all ever gone diving together? If not, it might be super fun to teach him in some of these gorgeous (shallow and clear) places. Plus it'll give you a chance to plant something back and hype him up!
Nassau Bahamas was a island full of pirates in the 1700's. Home to the famous Black Beard and hundreds more. Lets see a video of you metal detecting that place!
“The ocean is like a playground, with endless wonders and it’s up to you to find it.” These words are exactly what this channel is. Exploring, playing and finding amazing things in the playground that we call the Sea. Loved this video. 😊
Even tho this was 9 months ago I'm just now catching up to your videos. I'm a metal detectorist from Texas and use a Nox 800. I love to metal detect in the water and magnet fish! I just got a Scuba Pulse Dive. I don't scuba but I do snorkel and will be going on my first ever Cruise in March! First stop is Mahogany Bay in Honduras, Then Belize then on to Cozumel Mexico! I plan to purchase a Nomad unit soon. Love all your videos! Wish me luck!
Hey mate. Pro tip with the detector. Swing slow. When swinging fast you don't give the coil a chance to find the deeper treasure. Especially with something made of gold. P.s love your videos from Australia
Not fearless, just point blank stupid. first thing any scuba diver will tell you is don't touch the wild life. Not sure why Jake seems to have forgotten this.
Great video, enjoying it as usual! I feel it would be interesting with a coin count each time you find money, for us to know how much you're finding 😊 Either way, it's great to see you picking out the metal trash. Much love and well wishes from England.
Staniel Cay is awesome, my family takes our boat there every summer, probably be there in a month to go spearfishing. It was awesome and shocking to see you’re there now. Thunderball grotto is a must visit place btw
I am really hoping for an engagement ring for Kendal on that moment when they’re on the beach metal detecting. Guyyyys! Get engaged already!! I’m waiting like forever!!
I have been diving since the 1970's and the only time I ever heard of anyong getting bit by a nurse shark was one guy who grabbed one by the tail. Just as I was thinking this, I see you grab one by the tail. :) Granted you didn't really "grab" it but I was like uh oh.
U are a very lucky dude jake would love to scuba dive only got to do it once at my high-school army came to do a scuba demo I got to join in was awesome keep up the good work love the videos
It's cool 😎that you found those trinkets, but the real treasure was the very place you were at. The grauto was amazing, the clear water everywhere was beautiful too. That's a place to live when you're retired.
This is a cool video. I loved being able to see the sharks and turtles etc...up close. There was a part of this video where you were swimming down with either the sun light or a flash light pointed down from above you that looked so freaking awesome! A still shot there would be great to advertise your channel with. For those few seconds it really looked like something you'd see on TV or while watching a movie. I was super impressed dude! 💙✌️
I gotta ask, what are your gopro settings? These videos are so clear I need to know. Keep doing what you are doing you are such a great guy and you inspire me to clean the rivers and oceans near me.
This looks fun yet dangerous. Definitely smart at about 3:40 or before to point the metal detector at the shark coming at you, sharks don't like electromagnetic signals and will swim away generally. That's why they leave cameras and GoPros out in the water alone mostly.

I don't think I would be able to do that no matter how docile they are.
@@radioactiveplayz0945 cool but also who asked ?

As a Bahamian, I love to see people like you showcase the true beauty of my tiny Bahamaland.

Hey mate. Pro tip with the detector. Swing slow. When swinging fast you don't give the coil a chance to find the deeper treasure. Especially with something made of gold. P.s love your videos from Australia
Wow! @2:33 Jake just grabs the sharks tail to move it! He's like "Excuse me sir, I wish to Metal Detect in that particular spot". Fearless.
Not fearless, just point blank stupid. first thing any scuba diver will tell you is don't touch the wild life. Not sure why Jake seems to have forgotten this.
I love the vids with crystal clear water, but I also like the murky dives to. Keep up the good work Jake.
