Beta, After the treatment of sewage it will seperated in two things. First thing is solid (0.1℅) i.e. Sludge or Activated Sludge after oxidized. Second thing is treated water (99.9℅) i.e. Effluent. So, after treatment sludge will go under digestion for decomposition to form Agricultural Manure. On the other hand Effluent (treated water) will under go disposal followed by dilution. Dilution makes effluent more oxidized. After effluent dilution it can be flow or disposed in Sea, River or Land ( irrigation purpose). Got it?
