As a teenager I used my late grandfather's binoculars to look at Jupiter's four largest moons. They were in another position every night. It was amazing to know what those four tiny dots were.
I hear that! I took my daughter to a place far beyond those of city dwellers, once. She was honestly frightened. Got her out on the ground with a few logical words. Told her to look up to the sky on a moonless night. Her reaction was PRICELESS.
