We purchased this Maytag MVW7230Hw washer from Pochel’s in Tacoma, Washington. It was delivered and set up by the delivery person. We tried to do a load of laundry and the washer wouldn’t agitate. I took a video to show that the agitator pretty much just vibrated, and didn’t even disturb the small amount of suds that formed when the machine partially filled with water. I took the video to Pochels the next morning. They said they would gladly deliver another machine for only $100. I told them I wasn’t willing to pay an additional $100 to get a machine that worked when I had already paid over $1,000 for one that obviously didn’t work. The agitator doesn’t always work, the fill doesn’t always work, the agitator tries to dry clean the clothes with no water in the tub and the clothes on top don’t get clean.

WHY WON'T THE STEAM TURN OFF?!!!! We have model # MED6630HW1....turned "steam" option on....after the cycle, we ended up with a HUGE wet ocean on the floor! To make matters worse, no matter what we've tried, the steam WON'T SHUT OFF. Had to resort to turning the water off!

Same here bought mine last year in November 22nd and it still broken customers service sucks and i had three repairs and its still broken was told with the new parts its gonna work today and nope same thing i start the load amd it spins once and then it says wash complete
