The trimmer’s blade is detachable, there’s no need to take the hex screws off, you just pop it right off. Clipper is great and trimmer you can still adjust it a little more to zero gap if you play with the blade on a flat surface
ivan silva hey do the trimmers hit after zero gapping? and since its a detachable blade can i just pop it back in?
Your not supposed to unscrew the nuts on the bottom of the blade to adjust them. The whole blade assembly pops off the same way the blades pop off of bevel trimmers, you just grab them with your fingers and gently unsnap it off. You did ALOT of unnecessary work there, but you didn't know.
Whats the mount name that holds the spring for the cam follower ??
I just double checked, so all of my chargers say Babyliss Pro. One is a Silver Shaver and it’s also a Babyliss Pro. 1 Clipper - 2 trimmers, Gold and Silver. I’m pretty sure I’m good.
The charger will not damage the battery, it will just charge a little faster.
Definitely...sometimes i used trimmer charger for babyliss pro..nothing happen yet..
Babyliss cordless I charge it fully and then when I'm in middle of hair cut it cuts off any solution

This is not how you zero gap them!! The blade pops off just like the 76’s and then you’ll see 2 small screws that the gap tool fits in. It’s right in the directions. I copied this guy and messed up my blade!! You should redo this video or remove it bro!
Age M there is actually a sticker that comes on the trimmer above the hex screws that says not to remove them. The blade comes off 😂😂 this is a bogus video

I checked my trimmer chargers (plugs) for the gold fx, Gold Clipper Charger, Silver FX Charger and all the numbers on the back etc and they all look identical to me and I’ve had no issue but I could be wrong? 🤷🏻♂️
Think the ceramic cutting blade will fit on here?

You was supposed to use the small screwdriver on the two screws on the bottom loosen it and then put it in the black tool they gave you. Push and tighten

The motor itself will regulate the incoming milliamps. It will only sucks in what it needs.

can someone help me? when i dissemble the 2 blades i noticed the black foam across the frame, and in this video it doesnt have it. do i take out the black foam across the frame? because when i put it back together the sound doesnt sound the same
The foam is there to (supposedly) stop the amount of hair getting down into the clippers where the pistons starts out by the engine itself whilst dampening the sound from the engine noise because foam as we all know is a sound dampening material, it is up to u if u wanna take the foam off, as far as cleaning the inners of the babyliss is much easier, but if you do not like the way it sounds rather than if u have the foam insert is up to u & clients.

main reason I wont buy Babyliss product anymore is that once your warranty is due, you're on your own, I said this because that was the response I've got from Conair "Babylis" they dont sell spare parts for none of their products, so I was like ok, I understand that, but what about a Licenced technical service shop from Conair, (you know guys just like Oster company has) NO there is no such a thing like that, this is what the lady on the phone said to me, "if you have a babyliss product just provide us with serial number, and we will replace it free of charge, but your hair dryer is out of warranty, you are going to have to look with someone else that has an spare hair dryer that they dont need or use and get the parts from there" I was like 😲 are you fucking kiddingme? thinking of course, I wouldn't saythat to her lol, but yea, once your Babyliss or Conair products are out of warranty you're fucked... proper fucked, smfh, so from my part its over with Babyliss, this is my experience and I'm not saying that the products are bad, but that's not what we get from Wahl, Andis, or Oster, be careful guys where you spend your money on
MrEddieBarber actually I fix all my Clippers, I have no problem with that, thanks for the suggestion, the problem was with a couple hair dryers that I have to fix myself, thanks for the reply, great video by the way
Wow were you even able to open your babyliss hair dryer without breaking it? I wont buy another one for that reason. Its like they do t even want you opening it up to clean it, just want you to buy a new one.

MrEddieBarber I got it. For anyone else that reads this comment. Keep the blades set in the zero gap tool and attempt to put the clipper on the blades, not the blades on the clipper.

I agree,, 100 percent, what I notice after a while is, the trimmer works really good on caucasians and people with delicate skin, on African Americans you gotta go with andis trimmers,
1.2 amp over 1 amp will only charge it quicker it will not damage any of the tools which ever way round you charge them. Come on this is basic electrics you should know this as a barber.
