Even in Manga he is only releasing a part true power of No 8 And even that small Piece of Power have Anti-Regeneration and Sonic Type attacks(the controlled berserk form). There is a high possibility that Kaiju No 8 might have even more abilities.

Even in Manga No 9 said that Kafka Doesnt really have much of a connection with No 8 but he still managed to display such tremendous Power. So Their is No Way 12 Fortitude is limit of No 8
