Something to note, at least in the comics, is that Scott's parents actually survived the plane crash that supposedly killed them and were actually captured by the alien Shi'ar. His mom was killed, but his dad essentially became Star-Lord, forming a group of space pirates to go around stealing from those who deserved it, primarily the Shi'ar.
This is where things really heat up (no pun intended) as the series is now really building up towards the finale. We now know what caused the explosion, but we don't know the why. It only gets more interesting from here.
my only beef reallly with this episode is the timeline of when Logan joined the X-Men to when Xavier and Jean disappeared. In this episode it felt like in Scott's memories Logan only just joined and he got jealous and attacked him to Logan going off the next day. As the series has made it seem Logan has been a ember of the team for a while especially the first episode and his relationship with Rogue; but episode 20 makes it seem like Logan was only a member for a very short time
Yeah it does seem that way. I kinda thought that more beef had occured between the two but for the sake of time they probably had to just cut to the Phoenix reveal.
There are very telepaths and one is very powerful that can rival Xavier and Jeans powers this mutant is the most skilled telepath who trigger the Phoenix.
So to be honest Wolverine and the X-Men on a scale from 1 to 10 is at least a 35. Great show. X-men evolution however on a legit 1 to 10 scale is a 7.5. Some episodes are really good some of them could be better but you should definitely react to that. It's a younger take of the characters.
We finally got the answer to what happened at the beginning of the show!
now it's all coming together

The Reveal
It was Jean
Jean Ordered KFC 🔥
🤣
hahahahahahaha!!!!!
There are some really great story arcs on X-Men Evolution. Would defo recommend
Absolutely agree! W&tXM almost feels like a sister-series to Evolution because a lot of the same creators worked on it too
I'm glad you are reacting to this show, it has received unfairly little attention. My favorite cartoon is the X-Men series

i also personally think this episode makes ice man's age a bit odd.
Now you see why Scott is a wreck, and the true fury that broke the mansion. Or rather, a taste of the fire.
X-Men Evolution is good. But it never grabbed me like this one did. Evolution was a bit too....highschool, for me I think.
thats what makes evolution the best.
The only thing I wonder is ,was that Bobby in the flashback or someone else?
Still don't know what caused the psychic disturbance that affected Jean and Charles in the first place though.
Wanna know the answer

Its kinda shocking just how much they do in Evolution despite the younger take
