People will look at this and say she is weak but she is balanced based on how her kit functions. You want a universal dps that can clear all content easily don't complain about powercreep. This is the reason you have different paths.
Pulls in this game are too valuable, no one wants to spend 160 pulls on a char thats only good at one thing, especially when characters like Acheron and Yunli already exist who are good in every mode. Herta needs serious buffs in MoC, like even terrible builds and skill issue aside, 6 cycles on your own MoC, against a very favorable enemy, is a disaster. She needs to be much better than this if they want people to pull her.
@@soranamae No offense to the creator, but skill issues and team building are also a thing. I've already seen The Herta clear this same MoC in 3 cycles and even that video made mistakes in team building synergy and gameplay/sp use. That being said, Jade is also just better than Herta 4 star

Guys I think it’s pretty good. If you see all their build, I realized that all the build they have is pretty bad even for an F2P. Realistically you could probably 4-5 cycles with decent build.

@@darkkforceAglaea is benefiting more than Herta from the 20% energy since she needs it more than her, and I don’t think there is a single fight in HSR at this point that doesn’t have at least 2 targets (might be wrong) and as long as she’s stacking her keys on a target it doesn’t matter how many enemies there is on field lol, since even with a single target that has the max amount of keys (42) her multiplier is crazy.
