Here in Texas we call those big amber jack or AJs reef donkeys. A good 120 lber will melt drag washers and destroy some good fishing gear. They fight like heck. I have speared some in the 80 90 lb range as well. The smaller one you kept are the best to eat. The bigger ones get riddled with parasitic worms in the meat.
