Ingredients
Chicken - 1kg
vegetable oil - 3 table spoon
Dry red chilli - 3 pieces
green Cardamom - 3 pieces
Cloves - 3 pieces
Bay leaves - 3 pieces
Onion - 1 medium size chopped
Tomato - 1 medium size chopped
Coriander leaves - handful chopped
Spring onion - handful chopped
Coriander Powder - 1 small spoon
Cumin Powder - 1 small spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 small spoon
Meat Masala Powder - 1 small spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 small spoon
Salt- to taste

Hey, how come there’s so much water in the chicken after I cover them? Should I fry it till the water dries?
Hello, yes if you are using chicken from grocery shop they are defrosted and contain more water.so you need to fry more till water dries .I suggest to use the chicken from buther straight way instead.good luck

Pakauda chicken bata water nai niskidaina. I am frying a lot is it because of the high heat?
its good if no water, cook in low heat instead.Frozen chicken bata pani niskanxa fresh ma kum hunxa
