Ordnance ruins ... memories now... place of r vibrant childhood...
We are from Ambarnath for last 50 years .. At one time it had -WIMCO, Garlik, DNC, Albright Morarji, Borax & Wollen Mill plant. It was the only town after Thane to have concrete roads! The other notable places are the Fatima High School & The Chhaya Hospital.
Which area in ambernath
You forgot about Ordnance factory.
You must be from the famed Dr Chhaya family. Yes, for us old Ambarnathkars it was a town of industries, their residential complexes, the schools and the padas. The leaders from these institutions and places contributed a lot to the making of Ambarnath. Chhaya, Nalawade - they played a founding role. Today’s Ambarnath is a far cry from what it was during my childhood and adolescence in the 70s-90s. But guess all things change, don’t they!

Interesting video, Things which could have been included - 1)Hotel ShreeRath and Kravings serve excellent vegetarian food..2) A glimpse of different living spaces in Ambernath east like, Nisarg green, Green City ...View of MIDC & the commercial belt, Huge Playground near Loknagari ..3) Station market , Excellent choice for Gavti vegetables in early morning and late evenings 4) Shani mandir in Sai section and beautiful houses around the same area 5) Swami Samarth matth/temple and a lot more

Instead of chill n yum u should have covered more famous spot of Made in India around same place . Also KVA school and stadiums around ordnance is good to cover . There is a eatable shop by ladies in kansai which is missed . Parliament look bungalows of ordnance also was missed

U missed my brother's hotel named KNIGHT BIRD in Ambernath and also a visiting place in between Amb & Badlapur names as LOTUS POINT where most of the people visit to enjoy nature at evening time with family and friends .

Absolutely. An old Ambarnathkar would know the centrality of these educational institutions in the making of Ambarnath. Students came from as far as Dombivli and Karjat to our schools.

Buddy.... Very shocked and taken back to hear that Ordnance Residents used water from Lake near Ayyappa temple.,which is utterly bluff,,in fact Ordnance Estate had its own water supply from Bharvi dam, since Britishers..

They should be sued for publishing incorrect informations.
When you make such videos you should name the source of your informaion to avoid putting yourself into awkward situations.

There are lot of things you left about Ambernath. There were many factories, chemical factories which are closed now. Why they got closed n what all chemicals were used. How people of Ambernath got affected by this factories.
I think he missed Ordnance Factory which is a major known enterprise..
