Cut the thick portion of stem and plant it in pot. Limited water enough sunlight is important till it gets root. After that normal watering is applicable.

Akka can i use neem oil for this plant

U can use Neem oil( one cup that is Pepsi or coke lid (cap) mix with one litre of water. And spray on the leaves not on roots. Too much of Neem oil turns the leaves to black colour. If it is affected by insects u can spray this water. Otherwise no need to spray it.
