മ്മ്‌ടെ സ്വന്തം പൂര പൊടി /അവലോസു പൊടി
Ingredients
Raw Rice/White rice-1cup
Grated coconut-1cup
Salt-
Sesame seeds-1/4tsp
Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
Method
Soak rice for 3-4 hours ..
Wash and drain ..
Powder it ..
In to that add grated coconut ,salt ,sesame seeds and cumin seeds ..
Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour ..
Then heat a kadai and add this and roast till light golden colour

Pls suggest a way to melt the excess jaggery crystallized and save it for later use.
I made avalose podi for the first time using ur recipe (it came out well :) ) and tried making avalode unda using it.
The crystallized jaggery syrup was in excess after making avalose unda.
Pls ADVICE..
u can add hot water and melt , aftr cooling down u can keep the jaggery syrup in fridge for future use
