Finished it and it's absolutely the best 70K build I could find, some say it's tiny but it really depends if you like small houses or big houses. Also It took me around 3.5 hours to finish but it really depends on yourself.

You can always change or slightly modify the house to your own needs. Making the kitchen slightly bigger doesn’t make the house any worse makes it a bit more unique.
something will appear on your right side of the screen, they are squares there you click on it until you go to several squares there you join! Hope this helps

The pc doesn't matter , the graphics card does. It's prob a newer NVIDIA or GSI graphics. Top of the line
If you have a solid enough pc , you can change your graphics in bloxburg settings or the roblox settings
