First of all David Hamelech never wrote Mishlei, it was Shlomo Hamelech. Second of all there is no pasuk in Mishlei that says shlucho Shel udum Kemoso. If there was then why does the Gemara in Kidushin say from where do we know shlucho shel udum Kemoso and have a Machlokes.

When we used to have a Jewish school here the Orthodox children and staff used to think they were superior to the Reform students and non-Jews. They had a hierarchy Orthodox at the top, non-Jews came next, at the bottom were the Reform students. What does that say? I think it's sad. There's no Jewish school here anymore.
