Some issues in this recipe.
1- boil the beef minimum for 30 minutes.
2- Do not add this much red chilli. If you are adding full packet add less than 1/2 spoon chilli.
3- Add more water what he is saying.
4- Add more flour than he prescribed.
I tried and found these errors in his recipe. Balance okay.
