@Misslimitless23 Oh yes! I believe it was! At the time I thought Nick was being asked if he killed them bc he literally had blood on his hands. But that question makes complete sense now. Thanks! I love when you rewatch something after knowing the ending and find little hints like that.
Just realized that when Nick Goode got attacked on the leg in The Camp Nightwing Massacre and in the 3rd and 1st movie you can see that he has a limp leg because of that, that was really smart so then that way it would look more realistic.
When Deena, Simon and Kate are in the girls bathroom in 94, Simon says to Deena after she lashes out, "maybe you got a little witch in you" referencing the third movie when Deena sees what happened to Sarah, also Sarah and Deena both happen to be lesbians. When Josh was playing video games in 94 he was singing along to a song with the lyrics "turn the world around with the skeleton hand" referencing the gangs idea that if they reunite Sarah Fier's lost hand with the rest of the skeleton then they could stop the curse, "turning the world around."
How beautiful it is to see a horror trilogy with a good setting, good character development, good music, very good acting and a spectacular plot. Highly recommended.
Every time a fly lands on someone’s shoulder, they become the killer. the fly is a symbol, to foreshadow who will become the next person that’s possessed. happened with ryan, tommy sladder, and sam
When I found out that Nick was the bad guy it felt like somebody ripped out my heart and stomped on it. Now my hope for Nick and Ziggy being together just feels wrong since he's a Satanist 😭
when part 1 first premiered i had a feeling he'd play a sinister part cuz i read the fear street books and the goodes were a crucial part to a a different curse on the fier family. i nixed that in part 2 when he got axed in the leg thinking he was innocent just choosing ignorance. (i was hoping he'd have a redemption story with her at that point, the writers through us off! But I wonder if that's maybe a plot hole though, in part 3 it got silent when the killers walked into the mall cuz he stepped in, they knew he was their summoner. Though, he was in the way with ziggy, he didnt want her to die for some reason...another easter egg, Solomon didnt want Sarah to die initially, he wanted her to join him.
One big Easter egg was Solomon’s and Nick’s house both had the entrance to the cave. And Nick’s house was filled with Goat heads which was also a reference to the goat head Sarah found next to the witch circle in 1666
When Solomon asked Sarah portrayed by Deena "Who else knows about this?" I immediately knew it was his doing because that just a suspicious question to ask in my opinion. I literally slept with a smile on my face once I finished the second movie. That cliffhanger had wondering and hoping about a fourth part🤭💕
tbh i dont personally think they will make a series or show then it would have came 3 fridays ago they would put it every friday and if they would make another one it would be there today. since it wasnt it is left on a forever cliffhanger.i think kurt or his other brother might have took it so they could bring back the curse and nick goode and maybe even solem goode thats if his spirit is still there waiting but i doubt that in any way even so what would happen? more killers? more of the same stuff? maybe new people or some people brought back to life you never know
I thought it was interesting how in part one there’s a tv playing shark week or something about how sharks smell blood and sense it and such which kinda foreshadows the killers doing the same for when they are after the protagonists
I was so confused when Deena popped up in Sunnyside and there was a car crash right in front of their eyes. I then realized it's because Sunnyside had not had crime for so long. They were able to witness the first crime ever in Sunnyside after sooo long
That and the person who was hit in that accident was the brother of Nick Goode who was the mayor of Sunnyside. Since the curse was broken no Goode was safe and the devil himself was collecting his debt in souls that were promised to him. So any Goode that was alive and knew about what was really happening, those conjuring, had died.
@@TheTundraInfest i don’t think that’s true since after that you see the mayor and his family say they had no idea about nick goode’s deal with the devil
Am I the only one who thinks there shouldn’t be a fourth movie? Like the story is perfect as it is, nothing wrong with a little cliffhanger like Inception.
I agree! The third installment had a great ending that really summed up the film. The cliffhanger was also cool but I don't really think there needs to be a fourth movie. The third movie ended perfectly
if they do make a fourth movie, or even another trilogy, i wouldn’t be mad- it was a good storyline but it would have to be a different cast playing different characters and focusing on different killers. we already ended their story so it wouldnt be as good if they continued it.
A trilogy would be nice and neat, no one likes to see a story burn out. But since there are so many Fear Street books, I’m ok with them making more. There are lots of potential stories to tell in this universe!
Maybe new trilogy in another town with another villian without ruining current trilogy. Maybe when new town people are getting murdered, they contact sam and deena to know how they survived. I really want more fear street without ruining the current ending 😅
I watched p3 and Sarah fries backstory is really sad and the fact that she was just trying to seek justice throughout the centuries is actually really sad but I knew that there was gonna be a cliffhanger I called it really excited for part four when it gets confirmed
Finally someone said it, I swear from the first part I was like he's Jason Vorhees killing camp counselor, and not to forget they named him Tommy after Jason's arch nemesis "Tommy Jarvis" which makes it even more cool and punny.
Near the end of the 2nd movie Ziggy says “Go as far as you can, hope a bus doesn’t hit you on the way out.” She says something similar to Cindy after Nurse Lane was taken.
in the second movie when Tommy attacks Ziggy he accidentally hits nick. instead of killing nick like he did everyone else he focuses on Ziggy. that was a give away about nick for me
@@dothesyd I think Sunnyvale just happens to not get killed because they aren't usually present during the murders. because when Sams bf Peter was at the hospital skull face pushed that knife into his back with no hesitation and he's a Sunnyvaler.
@@darcianareynolds6125 yeah i never understood why peter got killed if he was a sunnyvaler, but its true that only shadysiders are killed by the killers because its shadysider blood that feeds the devil.
@@RaroHi Ziggy wasn’t the focus of the killers until she bled on Fier’s bones and was closer to finding out the truth. When Tommy accidentally hits Nick then refocuses on Ziggy, it’s before the Ziggy was the main target.
Idk who else experienced this but we see Nightwing with his signature red checkered shirt in part 1 many times and yet don't realize that Thomas Slater becomes Nightwing in Part 2 till he holds the axe. Kudos to the directress and team! Made us totally attached to the movies!
Honestly the third movie was so great, I loved how everything connected. Also seeing the little Easter eggs was so cool because I didn’t catch on to a majority of them! I also loved Deena and Sam’s relationship it was so well written and I loved how what was most important to Deena was saving Sam
Has anyone else realized the grifter, billy barker and ruby lane never killed anyone in the Trilogy. What I mean is all 3 of them have never killed any side characters or main characters ruby got close when she injured Simon ( Spoiler Alert If you haven’t seen pt 3) and then she injured josh in part 3, billy never even got close to anyone , and the grifter wasn’t there for almost the whole trilogy
this is why i want MAYBE another trilogy, with a different cast playing different characters and focusing on different killers with a whole new story, because we never really got to see the other killers backstory, just small clips of them.
What I noticed is that those who survived on the first 2 movies (Main Cast) died on the 3rd movie (1666) Edit: Technically I consider Sam dead cause she was drowned but then revived. But the rest (Deena, Ziggy, Josh) died on the 3rd Movie (1666)
Martin's business card he gives Josh says his address is 99 Fier Street. There's a book saga in the Fear Street books called 99 Fear Street House of Evil.
The massive horror fan in me is insanely proud that I was able to catch almost all of these easter eggs on my own before even watching a video like this
I liked the subtle clue at the end of '78 where Nick resuscitates Ziggy while Bowie's "The Man who Sold the World" plays. When Ziggy comes to, she's literally face-to-face with the man who sold her world.
I don't know if anyone caught this but remember when Mike the janitor from the first fear street foreshadowed that detective Goode was evil when he was in jail he said something like "detective Goode, more like evil." And Goode ended up truly being evil.
Deena promised that she'll bring cheese burgers to Sam once it's over. She kept that promise while kissing Sam above the red moss where Sarah was properly buried, the red moss is the symbol of Sarah and Hannah's love for each other
I just realized when they say the curse won’t stop until hand and body unite they’re actually reading a prophecy instead of a “how to” meaning the entire time ziggy misinterpreted the book
This trilogy was brought to us the most perfect time 😭 I loved it so much! Yeah please bring more movies out like this! Absolutely fantastic trilogy please watch if you haven’t already
Also, Cindy Berman is the same name as the black news reporter at the beginning of Dawn of the Dead (1978). Although his name is spelled Sidney Berman it is pronounced the same way.
WHENEVER I SEE EDITS OF NICK AND ZIGGY AND TRAITOR THE MUSIC I JUST CRY BECAUSE LITERALLY HE LOVED HER BUT HE LIVED HIMSELF EVEN MORE AND WANTED THE POWER
I was skeptical about this trilogy, specially after the part 2. It felt like a downhill, but part 3 came and ripped my heart out, it gave such a good wrapping for the trilogy
Also in that same jail scene in 1994, Nick says “They call me Sheriff Goode”. and Martin replies with “Sheriff Goode? More like Sheriff motherfcking Evil”. which was ironic cos we find out that he and his ancestors are indeed evil. 🤭
I absolutely love how the last names are sort of meant to throw you off a bit, because the Goode family wasn't actually good, and Sarah Fier wasn't the one everyone should've feared. I think it's such clever wordplay honestly.
Another Easter egg... in 1666 when sarah is trapped inside salomons cave there's a certain scene where she us close to the towns Hall floor that she kicks it open with her feet and gets out, in 1978 there's an airhole right where Sarah kick it open, but this time it's Cindy trying to escape by that same place... recreating the same scene but years apart
Beelzebub or Baal zebub means in hebrew "lord of the flies" but also in the Jewish bible {Tora) it's not just a god. back then, people used flies and bugs to predict peoples death in the name of Baal zebub, and in the movies, the names of the people who are going to die are predicted after he (goode) mentions the lord of the flies Baal zebub and also they are using flies which is "zebub" in Hebrew as sort of a mark to show who is possessed which is pretty cool.
She was basically playing max again in the middle part of this series. So technically sadie's character herself is a walking, talking stranger things easter egg. The middle fingers The swearing The bad attitude Even her clothing All screamed max from stranger things.
Am I the only one who immediately noticed the similarities between shady side killers and the movie 13 Ghosts? Especially during the scene in part one: 1994 where they lured the killers inside the restroom
In the beginning of part 2, grown up Ziggy is presented as a very isolated, traumatized person because of the Camp Nightwing massacre. This could play a nod to Laurie Strode in Halloween (2018) and how she was traumatized by the Haddonfield murders. Both the Camp Nightwing and Haddonfield murders took place in 1978 too!
I could just listen to her talk all day. Literally I haven’t seen the movies and have no idea what she’s talking about but I’m easily here because of her
In part 2 1978, the radio in the camp were playing the song Carry On Wayward Son by Kansas which is iconically used as a theme song in Supernatural TV show.
I love how they played “Moonage daydream” by David Bowie “the rise and fall of ziggy stardust” for ziggy in the movie. It fits the whole plot and character itself.
also! in part 1 when deena tells kate to look out her window and she flashes the lights it’s a parallel kind of to part 3 when sarah looks out the window
Yes! My friend and I were watching part 3 together after watching the first two separately, and as soon as I saw that scene I said "Kate does the exact same thing to Deena in 1994" the parallels in these movies are awesome

When Josh was playing video games in 94 he was singing along to a song with the lyrics "turn the world around with the skeleton hand" referencing the gangs idea that if they reunite Sarah Fier's lost hand with the rest of the skeleton then they could stop the curse, "turning the world around."
i noticed that when deena was chasing nick goode in the tunnels it was like how solomon did that to sarah. cool little parallel there
I mean yeah they had literal flashbacks to show you that it’s a parallel
How beautiful it is to see a horror trilogy with a good setting, good character development, good music, very good acting and a spectacular plot. Highly recommended.
I know right I’m legitimately in love with this trilogy now
Every time a fly lands on someone’s shoulder, they become the killer. the fly is a symbol, to foreshadow who will become the next person that’s possessed. happened with ryan, tommy sladder, and sam

when part 1 first premiered i had a feeling he'd play a sinister part cuz i read the fear street books and the goodes were a crucial part to a a different curse on the fier family. i nixed that in part 2 when he got axed in the leg thinking he was innocent just choosing ignorance.

That cliffhanger had wondering and hoping about a fourth part🤭💕
when kate takes the kids to a neighbors house after skull mask killer breaks in, it is Mrs. Lane, aka "nurse lane"
Oh my God i didn't realize that. Thank you!
OH MY GOD
OMG i just realized it, thanks!
Omg thanks for telling us
Yas! And Mrs. Lane said "I used to be a Nurse, you know...."
Does anyone else hope they will have 4th movie because of the cliffhanger at the very very end! I loved the three films really hope they do more!!!!!
We’ll probably get a mini series 😫
we need a series :)
tbh i dont personally think they will make a series or show then it would have came 3 fridays ago they would put it every friday and if they would make another one it would be there today. since it wasnt it is left on a forever cliffhanger.i think kurt or his other brother might have took it so they could bring back the curse and nick goode and maybe even solem goode thats if his spirit is still there waiting but i doubt that in any way even so what would happen? more killers? more of the same stuff? maybe new people or some people brought back to life you never know
I thought it was interesting how in part one there’s a tv playing shark week or something about how sharks smell blood and sense it and such which kinda foreshadows the killers doing the same for when they are after the protagonists
Her voice is so calming I could listen to her all day
Another easter egg is in the name of Nick Goode. "Old Nick" was a nickname that Christians used for the devil.
And the school names, Shadyside Witches and the Sunnyvale Devils
I was so confused when Deena popped up in Sunnyside and there was a car crash right in front of their eyes. I then realized it's because Sunnyside had not had crime for so long. They were able to witness the first crime ever in Sunnyside after sooo long
That and the person who was hit in that accident was the brother of Nick Goode who was the mayor of Sunnyside. Since the curse was broken no Goode was safe and the devil himself was collecting his debt in souls that were promised to him. So any Goode that was alive and knew about what was really happening, those conjuring, had died.
@@TheTundraInfest sunnyvale? lmao
Sunnyvalle, Sunnyside it's from another film lmao
@@TheTundraInfest i don’t think that’s true since after that you see the mayor and his family say they had no idea about nick goode’s deal with the devil
also a callback to when they say if you try to leave shadyside you'll get hit by a car on the way out or something
They shoukd just make some kinda movies for the backstories of the killers. The babyface mask one the milk man and ruby lane.

My favorite line is “Sheriff Goode is Evil” or something along those lines. The juxtaposition of it is just , *chef’s kiss*
Near the end of the 2nd movie Ziggy says “Go as far as you can, hope a bus doesn’t hit you on the way out.” She says something similar to Cindy after Nurse Lane was taken.
The plotwist was great! I did NOT expect that.
i cried so hard at sarah's backstory it was so tragic and heartbreaking damn 😭
My mom predicted the ending when she heard Sheriff Goode (Nick) say in the first movie “My family’s been here for generations.”
in the second movie when Tommy attacks Ziggy he accidentally hits nick. instead of killing nick like he did everyone else he focuses on Ziggy. that was a give away about nick for me
Ziggy was from Shadyside and Nick from Sunnyvale. That's why he wasn't killed. Only people from Shadyside got killed

This was one of the best trilogy movie I watched it was so good I'm sad its over I don't want it to end
Honestly the third movie was so great, I loved how everything connected. Also seeing the little Easter eggs was so cool because I didn’t catch on to a majority of them! I also loved Deena and Sam’s relationship it was so well written and I loved how what was most important to Deena was saving Sam
There's some references to david bowie too. Ziggy is named after his alter ego, ziggy stardust. And her dog's name is Major Tom
What I noticed was that in 1666 The Ziggy look a like actually dies and 1978 Ziggy survives and Cindy dies. I thought it came full circle.
The fact that at 1 and 2 movies, it seemed to me that Nick Goode has always seemed fishy. which blew my mind that he actually was the antagonist.
I wish all the people that died would come back at the end
@@-randomedits-4612 hopefully let’s not get our hopes up

@@devan9197 very true however someone does grab the pentagram spell book. looks like it was a girls hand
@@murkay4732 yeah there might be another movie but everyone is not gonna get revived
the deaths that hit me hard were deena's two best friends in 1994 and ziggy's sister 😭😭
What I noticed is that those who survived on the first 2 movies (Main Cast) died on the 3rd movie (1666)
Edit: Technically I consider Sam dead cause she was drowned but then revived. But the rest (Deena, Ziggy, Josh) died on the 3rd Movie (1666)
Not all of them
When I saw the scene of Tom breaking the door with the axe for the first time, I directly imagined the film of the shining LOL
Martin's business card he gives Josh says his address is 99 Fier Street. There's a book saga in the Fear Street books called 99 Fear Street House of Evil.
fier as in sarah fier??
@@moanatui8200 yessssssssss
The massive horror fan in me is insanely proud that I was able to catch almost all of these easter eggs on my own before even watching a video like this
Idk if it's just me but Billy barker gives me chills the most
When Ziggy covered Tommy with the bag it reminded of the same bag Jason Vorhees wore in the Friday the 13th 2009 remake
I thought that was an easter egg as well. He also used an axe sometimes.
She kept that promise while kissing Sam above the red moss where Sarah was properly buried, the red moss is the symbol of Sarah and Hannah's love for each other
I really love this Trilogy it was really good
I just realized when they say the curse won’t stop until hand and body unite they’re actually reading a prophecy instead of a “how to” meaning the entire time ziggy misinterpreted the book
Still cant believe Nick was evil
Yep thats why it makes the trilogy unique, really destroying the ship lol
Same
either can i when it was revealed he was the bad guy by deena saying “goode is evil” i literally gasped i was so shocked i was like “GOODE??”
This trilogy was brought to us the most perfect time 😭 I loved it so much! Yeah please bring more movies out like this! Absolutely fantastic trilogy please watch if you haven’t already
Sadie is such an adorable person. Can’t wait to see more of her work in the future.
Also, Cindy Berman is the same name as the black news reporter at the beginning of Dawn of the Dead (1978). Although his name is spelled Sidney Berman it is pronounced the same way.
Nurse Lane actually pronounced her name as Sydney when Cindy walked in to get Ziggy. This reference makes alot of sense.
also the fake body being dragged through the hall is a reference from scream
NICK AND ZIGGY’S THEME SONGS ARE LITERALLY *FAVORITE CRIME* & *TRAITOR* 😭💔😭🖤😭🔪

I thought it was interesting that Nick Goode always wrote in red ink since he writes the names on the walls that causes all the blood shed
I absolutely love how the last names are sort of meant to throw you off a bit, because the Goode family wasn't actually good, and Sarah Fier wasn't the one everyone should've feared. I think it's such clever wordplay honestly.
Flys, I noticed that every single time before something bad happened there was a fly
Part 2: 1978 was filmed in Covington, Georgia. The exact same camp they used in Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives.
I could watch Sadie talk about anything for hours
The middle fingers
The swearing
The bad attitude
Even her clothing
All screamed max from stranger things.
Both the Camp Nightwing and Haddonfield murders took place in 1978 too!
i need more of this!! i want to know ruby lane’s story and the one with the baby mask too!! pleaseeee
I could just listen to her talk all day. Literally I haven’t seen the movies and have no idea what she’s talking about but I’m easily here because of her
I really liked this trilogy. It also really makes me want a Nailbiter adaptation even more now.
In part 2 1978, the radio in the camp were playing the song Carry On Wayward Son by Kansas which is iconically used as a theme song in Supernatural TV show.
Part 3 seemed very influenced by Robert Eggers' The Witch as well.
I love how they played “Moonage daydream” by David Bowie “the rise and fall of ziggy stardust” for ziggy in the movie. It fits the whole plot and character itself.
Also the Fear Street Part: 3's theme looks like American Horror Story
Maya’s death killed me. I ALREADY KNEW SHE WAS GONNA DIE LIKE 5 MINS IN BUT WATCHING IT STILL HURT ME
So did the mean girl from part 2 just wake up from being knocked out next to that counselors head when it was all over or what?

also! in part 1 when deena tells kate to look out her window and she flashes the lights it’s a parallel kind of to part 3 when sarah looks out the window
