Sir as soon as possible make a video on 9th & 10th registration like how to be scan photos & sign and also how to be open through pseb site
If you are facing any issue regarding size of scanned photo and signature. One thing I can suggest you, to use snipping tool, by this you can capture the image from your screen as per requirement and can save it as JPEG etc. it makes image files with very less bytes. Hope it will be helpful
I have query sir .. pichle sal k pre primary ki 2 class thi PPT 2 & PPT1 ab PPT3 bhi hogi so usko kese add kren class ko. And jo bche PPT1 m the pichli sal 4+ vo ab 5+ ho gye h and vo es saal bhi PPT 1 m hi honge.... And jo bche PPT 2 m the 3+ vo es saal PPT2 m hi honge 4+ m to unko usi m lena hoga... And 3+ nursery ko PPT 3 add Krna hoga or vo kese add kren block ya district se
We are making provision to add PP3 in schools, but it will take time, also it is not going to effect student progression activity, as PP3 is the lowest class and new admission would be done in this class.
As for other query yes we have to detain students in PP2 or PP1 due to age restriction, for this we have to select Repeater option (Earlier Repeater by Choice was there, we are asking to provide it again, may be take 1-2 days to mature) else we have to use repeater option to detain these students in the class.

Sir pre primary me abhi 2 classes hi hai
Lekin is sal se pre primary me 3 class ho gyi hai
Inka progression kaise karen
Progression me to koi issue nahi hai, as jo new class PP3 add ho rahi hai wo lowest class hi hogi. New admission se pahle wo class add ho jayegi. Abhi New Admission ki option nahi available. So don't worry it will be addressed

there is a option left the school with/without TC
Sir 10th me candidate ko compartment thi or clear nhi hai uska kya aayega
last year when you dealt with this case, I think you have mark him/her as promoted and now student will be reflecting in class 11. Now as the student could not clear the compartment he/she is supposed to join class 10 again.
Now two cases can be.
1. Student has joined class 10. Then you can mark his/progression as Not-Passed and studying in same school. the student will reflect in class 11. Please ask your district MIS Incharge to shift/downgrade the class to 10.
2. Student is dropped out may be pursuing study through open schooling, then please mark him/her as Not pass and left the school with/without TC. the student will reside in drop-box and if any time will be able to join regular schooling, the school can pick and appropriate class can be adjusted later on.

Student Add only Pre-Primary ya class one me hi milegi option school level se, but after import and progression completes as in last year many schools created new students entries in lower classes also, instead of importing the student, so many students are in drop box or duplicate

Sir agr 10 th k student progression module m kese promote krne jinki compartment ayi h.unk marks or status kese fill krna
for compartment, we use promoted and enters percentage based on passed subject percentage. We have requested the national development team to provide option for compartment also, you can wait for 3-4 days for this, if compartment is added, else you can proceed as guided above

Higher classes me school level me new student add krne ki option nahi hoti, last year jis school me study kr raha tha kya unhone uski entry UDISE pr nahi ki thi ?
If the student was not entered by any school then the new entry will be possible from district or block level that too after verifying, which will take time. And it would be applied by new school where student is studying in current session.

Some students of other schools are added to our school how to remove them???
Now you have to complete the GP, EP, FP etc for these student when made available, there after to transfer student option will be made available.
Repeater by choice/same class as AY 2023-24...
We didn't get this option in our system please help Sir..
Yes now from Delhi, they withdraw this option. now we have only one option to "Not Passed/ Repeated" to retain the student in same class

सर हमारा २४/२५ का डेटा अभि तक नहि आया हे ...उसके लिये क्या करे ?

aese hi 56.2 % ya 49.5% inko kitna fill kare
round off ka rule hai k if 0.5 se less hai to lower value rakhte hai agar 0.5 ya iss se above hai to higher value lete hai, same here
Sir progression complete ho jane par or submit karne ke baad yadi galti sudharni ho to kya karen
Kaisi wali galti hai iss pr depend krega, kuchh information jab aapko GP, EP, FP update kren ki option open hogi wahan se correct kr payenge kuchh field block level se amend hoti hai, or kuchh k liye higher level contact krna padega
Sir class 1st me section k optins show nhi ho rhe h
Last year class-1 me they student and section? Agar nahi they to section management se section create kr sakte hain

Presently we have to provide information regarding annual exam, so in case of compartment case we have to promote the student by providing the pass % as the % of marks he/she obtained in clearly passed subjects i.e. excluding the subject in which he/she is failed

Fail k case me bhi to marks obtained hote hai, unki % hi bharni hogi

Sir student ke parents detail m correction kese kre. Agar bo student drop box m hai to.
First the student should be in school then only correction is possible

from school level only one class promotion is possible, if in any case some valid reasons are there to promote to higher standard, please share the case detail through block office with proper references of student

Sir, progression summary ki hard copy bhi nikal skte h hm.
Direct option to print progression summery is not provided, but you can select the coloumns and right click to select Print option, select Landscape it will print the progression summery effectively

At present only progression module is functioning, after few days when student module will be fully functional, then this option will be available at block or district level
