the student you are going to add must be already in the system, so you have to import it instead of adding a fresh. You can get the detail by clicking on detail option when it shows duplicate message

round off ka rule hai k if 0.5 se less hai to lower value rakhte hai agar 0.5 ya iss se above hai to higher value lete hai, same here

If no aadhar number available, you can add student by putting 9's 12 time in the field, but you have to update student record later

agar aapke hi school ka student hai to block k through details forward kre, jis bhi level pr kar payenge wo amendment kr lenge, baki school level pr kuchh amendments like section change etc. after GP, EP update possible hogi (Which is not open till now)

To add new Student in Pre-Primary and class-1 is only available for schools, where progression of complete block is complete

For new teacher add issue please contact block office, as it may be issue with user rights. The add new student will be available only when student progression of complete block will be complete.

Jin schools me iss saal se Pre-primary shuru hai wo please wait kare, national level se ye classes add krwa di jayengi jald hi, within 3-4 days (For Govt. Schools). Agar koi private school hai or unhone ab pre-primary shuru ki hai to unko apply krna hoga through block office

Yes, it is available now all time. Only you have to mark school completion each and every time you make any correction of teacher's record

Share the detail with Students national code, name etc. and details to be changed to your district or block they can amend it

last year when you dealt with this case, I think you have mark him/her as promoted and now student will be reflecting in class 11. Now as the student could not clear the compartment he/she is supposed to join class 10 again. Now two cases can be. 1. Student has joined class 10. Then you can mark his/progression as Not-Passed and studying in same school. the student will reflect in class 11. Please ask your district MIS Incharge to shift/downgrade the class to 10. 2. Student is dropped out may be pursuing study through open schooling, then please mark him/her as Not pass and left the school with/without TC. the student will reside in drop-box and if any time will be able to join regular schooling, the school can pick and appropriate class can be adjusted later on.

CTET and STET option jinki professional qualification B.Ed., JBT, D.El.Ed. hai unke liye applicable hai
