I take vitamin D tablets prescribed by me Doctor when they found out I have Osteoporosis after me breast cancer op in Feb last year. Im going to ask me breast nurse if its alright for me to take them Magnesium tablets you were showing us last vid. Ill try owt that helps me aches and pains at 69 I need all the help I can get 🤣🤣🤣🤣
