Hey guys! Zac here. Awesome to see you guys so excited about the Score game and NZ!
The NZ cards in particular are a huge passion project by the community, Derek has assembled a whole team to help design the cards at this point and I wanted to shout them out
NZ Design team:
Derek- Head Designer, one of the 2 original designers for NZ, also does all the card images and most of the Admin. The GOAT
James - Senior Designer and the other of the original designers. The 2 of them basically solo made NZ sets 1 and 2
Myself (Zac) - Designer. I offered feedback on early NZ and joined on as a playtester, then migrated to Design the next set.
and the NZ Playtesters:
Kevin- One of the strongest players and most creative deckbuilders in the league.
Nick- Another very strong player, also willing to play a lot of different types of decks.
Marc - Willing to embrace a lot of more fringe NZ cards such top cutting with our Bulma build around.
Johnny - Another early NZ adopter. Also went from never having played a card game in his life to being top cut threat in less than a year.
We have 6 month design cycles for the set and the cards see a lot of changes as the playtesters give feedback, and our NZ cards are always subject to change if they prove to be too powerful. We want the NZ cards to supplement the score card library, not to supersede it.
@Ffancrzy hey thanks for commenting, we will definitely read all this out we do our next video. I knew there was more info I just didn't have it at the time. We absolutely love this game, and so far the community has been very awesome. So that means alot. Also, I'll pin this comment for anyone that's curious.

Hey guys! Was excited for this one excited to see what personalities you two picked! Crazy that they kept it going and made their new sets that’s nuts it’s a lot of work I bet but that’s cool! Nice red zarbon and the trunks. I think another way you can win if you get all the dragonballs too I’m pretty sure been forever since I’ve played. That’s smart that they just used the Z cards it was the best part of it when gt started it was dying I believe like you said I remember my friends and everyone around then was stopping. They did do a good job on these crazy. Yeh I like them better than masters too but probably nostalgia like you said the new personalities look awesome did a great job! Oh man the old scouter and the sword crazy memories. Nice I can’t wait to see you guys battle it out it will be fun stuff this was awesome you guys Have a great day this will be fun stuff you guys do 🎉🎉🎉
Yea man this game is super cool and vert special. Definitely the most unique game we have played. It's so good. I'm glad man that you are familiar with the game and recognize alot of it. The cards definitely gave that nostalgic feeling. We will continue to cover this game as we grow with it
@ Awesome I love these so much they take me back I’ll be excited to see you two battle it out man it’s a fun one me and my friends would play all night when I was a teen we was obsessed so I know you two will enjoy it the mechanics is super fun!
