- the past year has been very challenging for a lot of us, and arguably it has been my most difficult year yet. to process all that has happened to me, i made this video to capture my thoughts and struggles and to serve as a reminder not to be so hard on myself, and not to be ashamed of struggling and asking for help. may you be reminded of this as well.
stay safe. spread kindness. love yourself. go and hug a tree (if possible and appropriate).
