Yes, he possibly the greatest new “French” tenor since Vanzo but he should stop singing French with the guttural r ( as in spoken French) it will eventually harm his voice , it constricts the sound and is anti vocal in opera singing , none but none of his famous French tenor predecessors ever did this
There is no way of winning with the French R! I've seen French singers criticized for "oversinging" the R in a rolled, Italian way, which, of course, is correct for opera. I like the naturalness of his approach.
