I cant decide for you which CNC Plasma table is best for you, all I can do is share my experience with trucutcnc. In this video I walk through the trucutcnc owners facebook group, the support you receive from trucut, and how to walk through setting up a simple job.

You explain so well sound like you would be a great instructor my husband is a boil maker retired Blacksmith and I want him to start a business making these signs at flea market part time . I would like to learn as well . Great content I want to buy him the latest plasma you got but he would have to learn the computer stuff I’m Technically included but he’s old school . 🤷♀️we can work together N figure it out . You need to update sheet cam. There are settings where you can automatically have the inside and outside offsets made for you making an entire sheet much easier and fast to do.
Yes, I have messed around with those on another table. Seemed to work pretty good for a quick job, but on some complex jobs it needed some manual help
I called the manufacture today and they informed me they are shutting down operations, seems such a shame after looking at your review I was ready to buy.
They are great people, this video is a couple years old. Look at JD2 as a good alternative, although its quite bit more expensive
@@turbocobra JD2 no longer sells tables. Just like their benders; no info on lead times and poor business planning - i sold their bender due to their inability to deliver dies. Bad company
What was the full cost plasma cutter included?
If you dont mind me asking? What is the cost of that exact setup minus the plasma
$10,000 for the 4X8 Series1 without the cutter, everything else included

What program do you use to make cut patterns.
Not sure what you mean? There are 3 piece of software used to make cnc plasma pieces. CAD software (I use fusion360 and inkscape). CAM software which i showed in the video, it's called sheetcam, and the controller software which i showed in the video and its Mach3. Hope that helps :)

How long did it take to cut that? And do you not use the Torch Height Control (THC) for any of your cuts?
I think it was around 8minutes, and it was 27" wide by around 32" tall. Yes, running THC but aluminum doesn't seem to react as fast due to its lower conductive properties, and with my slats worn like the are I needed to slow it down a little

yea, they are no longer in business. Look at Spark Robotic and Cyrious metalworks for some good tables, reasonable prices and great support
