I am sooo late to the Wentworth fandom but it is all so new to me and incredibly amazing! I binged the entire show and cried when it ended. What and amazing and beautiful cast ! Danielle and Nicole are by far my favs but I really adore each and every character. I hope someday to make it to a Wentworth Con and get to meet some of these wonderful people. I am so in love with Nicole Da Silva! She's definitely my celebrity crush! If she was gay I would find a way to win her her heart! That aside she represents such an amazing representation as franky of what lesbians and prison life is truly like. The writers did such a good job illustrating the emotions, thoughts, fears, desires and dreams of gay women especially those in jail. Da silva beautifully portrays those illustrations. I wish there was more shows like wentworth. I can't wait to see what Nicole has waiting for her in the future:)

Finally got around to watching this fantastic interview... Empowering! Gender equality is something very important to myself, I am a female working in a male industry- I am an Auto Electrician/mechanic... When I did my apprenticeship I was the only female in a workshop of 60. I worked hard to prove I wanted to be there as much, if not more than the boys! It's more widely accepted now- and I am forever encouraging girls that if they have a dream- go and get it, the only person standing in your way is yourself! Nicole puts it so simply but powerful. Amazing work guys- love your work and thoroughly enjoy the questions you ask!!
