For the problem with people using your songs and releasing them on Spotify, just put a producer tag in the middle of the track. It will make it sound bad for listening, but it will still be good for a tutorial!

You really have gone far, it's insane :) Also sorry about the people stealing your songs, it really sucks that there's barely any way to prevent it from happening. I know it's kinda dumb, but you could just add something saying "don't steal this alright?" Over the final result so it's almost watermarked. But I know that's not always ideal for video production, but it's your decision :)
