What a legend! One of Britain's true great all round entertainers. Sir Norman was amazing: he didn't change over the years, just aged, and still had a good singing voice into his 90's. I remember watching his films as I grew up in the 70's with such fond memories. RIP. 😂❤

i've admired norman since been a boy watching his films ,i was in awe and he brought me such joy as an only child ,and such a great humanitarian if only all the rich gave something back like dear sweet norman ,i cant wait to see him in the resurrection on earth where there will be no wicked governments or people , only people that love each other and this beautiful planet . psalms 37 verses 9 to 11. god bless you norman it wont be long the way things are going .

Norman Wisdom, a comic legend. Up there with Chaplin, Keaton, Laurel & Hardy. Performed his own stunts as a result of his abusive father used to beat him & throw him across a room. He learned how to fall. Homeless & penniless he was told by a pie van owner to get a life & join the Army, he did and they fed him 3 square meals a day, was the making of Norman. Musician & army boxing champion he become. Later a staunch supporter of the armed forces.
Norman Wisdom the King of Comedy. My favourite piece of him is as a newspaper reporter and he makes his way through the crowds shouting PRESS PRESS. Pure Genius.
