U can't pass llr test without broker fee , options question n answer test move too fast there is no time to select options , rto office staff set like that in computer. U need to pay broker fee 1500rs , other wise u can't pass. It is true every where .
Me and my family members passed the LLR test at different locations without any broker fee. You just have to go prepared for the questions so that you can answer them within time!

I belong to Andhra Pradesh, but currently staying in Telangana. While filling the online Learners license application form , in permanent address if i select Andhrapradesh it's not showing any districts in dropdown..and i am not able to proceed further with the submission , that means i cant apply driving license in Telangana?
1. And in that case can i say, present address as permanent address?
2. When i reach agents- they are saying the power bill is enough in Telangana, u will get the licence they r saying. then how are they able to submit the form? -
I want to go without an agent.
