Hello, great stuff. My mandarin is very bad so I am not even going to attempt it. But I am a bit confused at around 17:27. Why do you apply the wheat flour glue to the side seams? And why did you apply it away from the stitch line towards the body?
I fold the seam allowrance of the front and back slits over and use that glue to let the seams stay in place. You can also aaply it from the stitch line towards the seam allowrance, it works the same.

@@KaungAungplus Its a series of books! Here's the cheongsam focused one. The title is 中式傳統服裝技藝02：旗袍製作, author is 馮綺文, ISBN: 9789866197086. However, I can't find any sellers outside of China so you might have to buy from Taobao. I want to get them too!
This woman is exactly an angel when wearing a long -sleeved qipao. If I could be side by side with a woman wearing this long -sleeved cheongsam, I would feel like getting a little bit of heavenly favor.
For daily qipao, I made with cotton or linen fabric, you can wash it by hand or machine. The luxury silk qipao with fancy buttons is for special occasion, I just wear it once or twice a year very carefully =D

旗袍一般只有绲边面料是上过浆糊，不可以水洗，会失去光泽和平整度。
