4 Aces spelling trick

4 Aces are placed face up on the table with any number 10 card (the emergency card)
4 Aces are placed face down onto small packets and buried in the deck and spelt out one by one
When the final Ace doesn't turn up in its spelt-out position, it's found to be the 10th card in the remaining packet
