What really happened at Site 13 remains a mystery, but MTF soldiers AP-3 Houston and Ross are determined to get to the bottom of it. There is a small group of survivors buried somewhere in the dark realms of this abandoned facility trying to fight their way through the swarms of SCP's that have been freed. Bobble the Clown warns our heroes, but perhaps the only people that can save the mission aren't actually human at all, but cyborg units Onru and Irantu...

The story of site 13, but not completely:
A person working for the foundation was killing a bunch of humanoid anomalies, and throwing the remains into a grinder of sorts, leading to an incinerator. However, after the grinder became clogged, and a leech-like being that was empowered by blood (who was not as dead as they thought) was thrown in, things went sideways.
And the GOC was controlling the Foundation
Skaynne the foundation is put under control of the UN I believe and therefore the GOC. They run out of funding and then they have a takeover after a bad event .

@@thebighurt2495 Are you sure about the nuclear part? i know that they were able to use the reality-bending device to warp the site somewhere else but i don't recall any on-site nuclear being activated. In the audio transcript there are no usual automatic audio message that indicate that the on-site nuclear warhead being activated even if most of the inner system was mostly compromised.

I really would've enjoyed if they had included The fight between "The Gate Guardian", The Giant Leech Boy's final form, and "The Deer" or what the samsara commander saw when she and the other Commander were transported to that Hell Dimension and he went out fighting, laughing and screaming from thrill and madness

Well, Samsara don't really die, per say. Her memory was being logged and stored, so even though she was slain in battle, a perfect copy of her remained. It just doesn't have all of her memories from this mission. As for the soldier, he met his end. Though the end of life in such an awful dimension may yet have been the beginning of something new.

My favorite mission. I sort of suffered a similar fate at one point when I time-traveled and found nothing but a fiery doom below me, quickly went back, and ended up landing on the floor below with no way out except to time travel again and die in the fire pit.

members of MTF Tau-5 "Samsara" are humanoid clones grown from 'the flesh of a dead god' and augmented with anomalous cybernetic implants and prosthetics, whose brains are digitally backed up in real time. When they die (which is incredibly hard to do for them), their minds are uploaded into one of their empty waiting clones and they can be re-deployed almost immediately. They're basically the Foundation version of Superman, except they lack all but the absolute most basics of human emotion, and there are 4 of them. Any time the Foundation deploys Samsara, shit has gotten incredibly real, and is about to get incredibly *finished* in short order

It's from an alternate Timeline where the GOC merged with the Foundation and they executed ALL the anomalous people, entities, creatures and... things. Or at least, they TRIED. Turns out, murdering dozens, maybe hundreds of Humanoid/Human Reality Benders and dumping their remains into a thing called the "Body Pit" was NOT good for local Euclidean space.
