Thank you - i shall be adhering to these. I'm sorry noone leant you a tshirt for your snorkelling trip - that's rubbish. Had a girl on a snorkelling trip in the Galapagos last year who just had a basic swimsuit and honestly my basic 'beach cover up' top over the top of her swimsuit was at least enough to stop her burning to a crisp.
We had left almost all of our belongings back at the station, so all we really had was the bathing suits and whatever we had on, and for most of us that was either some shorts or a light dress! It was 100% my fault, I was unprepared and there was not a cloud in the sky haha. I'm glad you could help the girl at Galapagos, definitely saved her from a major sunburn! Have fun in Costa Rica :)
