He’s more fit in his late 50s than 95% of the youngsters on tour. I talked to him at a tournament awhile back, and his workout routine is insane. Lots of cardio
You can see PDW age his swing by standing taller, weakening his release and reducing his ball speed to compensate. Amleto cranking it the way he does at age 54 is amazing!
i guess Im randomly asking but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
@Aidan Layne Thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
W2G AMLETO winning is first and 20th tour titles at the JC!!! Man, At Reno nationals 2014, team event, Randy Pederson and I were bowling team events on opposite sides of the center walkway. Should have went over to say Hi. I was wearing a regular grey and yellow polo with black slacks. Randy! Randy! Opened play with a 72 open frame filled 127 and then ended with a 227 clean. lol Randy prob was in the ZONE to notice.
man barnes got that saame stupid hair style for last 30 years. he combs his hair all down, then puffs up the front. why not just comb it all to the side.
Wood lanes wreck bowling balls faster. They create a track into the ball as soon as the oil goes away. It's also an inconsistent shot. Some wood lanes and boards sticking up. Also wooden lanes are a joke when the house shot is put up. 250+ all day.
TraumaER New balls don't hold up anyway, imo, regardless of the lane composition and/or condition. Real wood absorbs and releases oil consistently, in relation to humidity and temperature. Synthetic lanes are basically a Slip n' Slide for the ball, neither absorbing or releasing oil, which is why most new bowling balls have an aggressive cover stock - hence the reduced longevity. Synthetic lanes simply allow the oil to pool in certain areas, depending on the track of the bowlers with more rotations and aggressive cover stocks. My original urethane Turbo (circa early '90's), on real wood lanes, still maintains its track and has only been refinished once over the last twenty years - still holds a 700 series no problem (no spare ball required). It has been rolled approximately five hundred games over the past two decades, mostly on real wood lanes. Even back when it was new I tried it on synthetic lanes and it just didn't work on them, still doesn't. If you know of a house with real wood lanes where the boards are lifting then tell the management to get their act together. The United States Bowling Congress might also like to have a talk with them.
Congratulations Amleto! Been a fan of you for years and years! You still got that wonderful stroke! You should feel very proud!
I'm old enough to remember him hitting the scene. Great ball and delivery
I remember watching Monacelli bowl in the 80s I'm glad he's still at it.
Always been my favorite player since I was young!.God bless him and all his achievements! Keep it up! Congratulations. Great to see dreams come true!

I like that expression "This ball hooks from YOKOHAMA" by Peterson.
I saw Amleto today in a pba50 event, I also saw pdw, Parker bohn, brain KRETZER, abd more
Amleto looks like a Bond villain or Pascal Savage from Johnny English lol, anyway congrats to him!
Yuki gumarnament yooooooo he do. I like that Johnny English reference

Amleto I'm so proud of you my dear friend, you're an extraordinary human being.. "IN BOCCA AL LUPO BELLO"...
Drink every time Randy says, "end over end roll". May the odds be ever in your favor.
So many serious faces
Amleto tearing it up in his older age
14:40 First time I've heard Randy say reaction instead of react.
NIKZHARIF ☹️😞
Amleto Monacelli does bowl amazingly well in the DHC Japan Invitational
why do we need to be reminded that Amleto is 54 years old every five minutes? He's a great athlete and a great bowler period.
Amleto on burnt up wood with a HEAT? Yup. No one else had a chance.
who is the cameraman a rookie, i need to see the ball hitting the pins
I can see in Barns face that he is in pain. I have had back pain for 25 years and two surgeries.
Any other PBA tournaments bowled on wood besides this one?
Good afternoon gran love you too LA academy corey dragon Brooke love cousin ❤❤
WTG Chris.
Is it me or do the heads looked trashed?
Why would they let Patient Zero sit in main camera view like that?
nice
wtf is end over end
the ball has little to no tilt on it
That means they keep their hands mostly straight at release. They arent turning/spinning the ball like a door knob at release.
20:11 gip!
I watch this because I saw a weird ball returner
The butchering of all of the city names is both makes me cringe, but is also funny...

why are fans wearing face masks?

They wear them when they have a cold or not to catch one themselves
@Mark Oliver umm it was 3 years ago
Real wood lanes should be mandated. Synthetic lanes are nothing but complete garbage.
wood is made from trees. you want trees to be cut down?
So long as new trees are planted in place of the ones cut down. Or, better yet, the wood is recycled and re-purposed.

Real wood gets wayyyy too much friction on reactive balls
is Monacelli gay? just asking..... his eyebrow is really something...
U crazy? He's conpletely normal, I know him. I'm from Venezuela...
Eyebrows are now a deciding factor if someone is gay? Wow!
Derrickng86 I guess you thought Anthony Davis was gay at first sight too then
Why would it matter? There are gay professional bowlers on the tour, I watch because I love bowling not because they have eyebrows
