Exactly! We are just not used to see 2 handed bowlers before but now you can see them almost everywhere!
How is it all wrong I bowl two handed so I am curious
late add, a bit of necro commenting here. Actually two-handed bowlers are a misnomer. They simply use the second hand to help hold the ball until release. Prior to release the 2nd hand comes off the ball. They get a higher rev rate because it does allow holding the ball in a position that's pretty much impossible otherwise.
Last higher revs does not mean better scores. No matter the style it takes accuracy, understanding lane conditions and how to adjust.
Watching these two-handers when the shot gets squirrely is beyond funny.
We started seeing two-handed style back in the 70s & 80s by players outside the USA. I believe there were a few at the Olympics in then 80s when bowling was a demonstration sport.
Just don't be intimidated by high rev players. You can score just as well with any style. It's simply a modern trend.
If you wanna be bugged make it about the over the top aggressive intros and this huggy crap between the players... wtf is that about...??

Happens a lot at the NBS.
its the way the stadium is set up on the TV pairs. no real place behind the lanes, besides the bleachers which is a good 20 feet above the lanes.
Wolfman12395 This has been a problem since 1995 when the national bowling stadium opened. Not much the TV crew can do to fix it.

Nothing lamer than a massive national bowling stadium with no fans in it. This wsob was really bad for the pba in my opinion... the one at thunderbowl last year was excellent

Steve Scherer They ain't good looking! Suggestive imagery on a class sport, HELL NO! I mean seriously, what has the PBA gotten to? That's just straight up disgusting. If players like Dick Weber and Earl Anthony were around, they probably wouldn't be happy with what we've gotten to. Perhaps Petraglia, Ballard, Bohn III, and even Holman might have something to say. I'm sure guys like Simonsen and Tackett might enjoy it but we don't!

$60,000 for a PBA championship win and a glass trophy? The PBA are a bunch of cheapos... underpaid athletic Bowlers... Cheerleaders make more then Bowlers and the time invested in the individual sport... How about a trophy made out of at least gold plated steel or a bronze trophy...
if cheerleaders really get paid that much (which I havent heard of, especially NFL cheerleaders doing lawsuits for their uncompensated and low pay), then I will want to be one!

lucky43113 Just because you aren't taught to bowl 2 handed doesn't mean it's wrong... if you're hating on Belmonte he has a rare condition in which he cant use one hand if you're hating on 2 handers all together it's what works best for them so learn your facts before you hate on people.
