Life is not fair, nothing is ever going to be perfectly equal in this world. The fact of the matter is both men and women have to deal with double standards. Sometimes it works in favor of men, other times it works in favor of women. The only issue is that women in the western world do not want to recognize their advantages in society. In their minds, men have all the advantages and that is just not true. Nobody would care if Khaled starts complaining about the rude comments. That’s one advantage that women have. Society is more empathetic to them in general. Nothing wrong with that. We just need to do a better job of viewing these issues from both sides, but we tend to over correct the mistakes of the past generations and end up where we are now.
