Always like how you give the real experience as it would be for a normal passenger. Unlike certain other aviation reviewers/youtubers that use their platforms to give them self perks and advantages and still act like what they experienced is the normal.
How anyone with an attitude like that can make Cabin Crew Manager, is beyond belief! You are in the business where you need to be customer focused & behave in a friendly & courteous manner whether there's a camera there or not. Josh always makes a point of respecting privacy of fellow passengers.
I've been on an almost empty Etihad flight from China once, which departed around 2 am. It was the worst flight of my life. Everybody on the flight had an attitude, both the flight crew and the passengers. One person occupied my seat and took a long time to move, but the flight attendant treated me as if I was doing something wrong. A person who was sitting behind me, but not directly behind me -- a seat off -- complained to the flight attendant that I reclined my seat, even though everybody reclined their seats and they were not seating in the seat behind me. The flight attendant spoke to me as if did something wrong again. There were something like 5-10 incidents like this on the flight in total.
In my personal experience, so far the rudest, most unfriendly cabin crew I've met has always been Spanish. It's unfortunate because I love Spain generally. The nicest most friendly cabin crew has always been KLM so far. Cheers from Sweden 🇸🇪

I had the opportunity to travel on Air Europa in July the crew are not friendly and they announces everything in Spanish They need to give these flight attendants a refresher course in hospitality keep bringing those reports Josh and happy holidays to you

In this particular case, being the only passenger in business class, I agree with you. However, you can't get away with that so easily, because I personally think that filming can be intrusive and also annoying. I get furious if people on a plane watch RUclips or TikTok without using their headphones. I can imagine i would be similarly annoyed by someone recording. And if the staff does not want anybody to film, I would say, they have all the right to get the message across (of course politely).
So messed up. Here we are trying to find how it is to fly Business with Air Europa from the US to Madrid since it is the best value we are finding at the moment but just the attitude from that crew member is holding us back. It really makes a difference. Thank you for the video!

I'm supposed to be on a flight w AE to Buenos Aires in December which I just found out (booked a trip thru an agency). No way will I be flying intercontinental with that budget airline and get a bad seat, barely any food and terrible service. I'll happily pay extra to have a direct flight w KLM
Josh, have you ever reached out to the corporate airline headquarter and asked them their official policy about filming onboard? And if it’s allowed you have it in writing, you can show it to the crew onboard when they object to you filming.
Hello Josh! I’m a FA as well. And I fly with them once, Lima - Madrid. And the crew was awful! Just one of them was really nice. I didn’t felt welcome at all. The worst of all, is that one girl crew push me aside when she was walking the aisle, the same one who ask me to leave the rear galley, when I was stretching. I made my complain, and never answer. But I congratulate the only guy that was nice, and that mail they replayed, and take it like I was congratulating the whole crew…. AirEuropa will never be in my options again…..

End of the it is the individuals how they react, airlines should enforce the policy for be courteous and accomodating to their passangers end of the day it is their brand and their marketing through word of mouth and influencers.
Nice video ! I flew air Europa 787 (-8 and -9) from Gran Canaria to Zürich via Madrid. I had a weird crew on my first flight then normal crew on the 2nd flight. Anyway I’ll share these 2 flights soon on my channel!

For a similar reason I do not board an Air France plance again. A rude member crew was extremely rude, and in a very odd attitude he was slightly hiding in the front seat seat and show me his fist. I made such a fuzz that entire economy class on the 777 were woke up. And they offered a 200 euro bonus in compensation...
We always talk about rude passengers making the lives of cabin crew miserable. While that’s obviously sad, I believe we should also start calling out cocky cabin crew on power trips! Thanks for the video!
Nok air in Thailand are going crazy if you have a camera. I tok a selfie in my seat and they start shouting that it was not allowed and delete it. Very nice service in a full aircraft.
I’m sure josh was simply joking when explaining the divider thing in the lavatory. But please don’t: that is essentially tampering with aircraft equipment, AKA category 2 unruly passenger, for which the crew can have the authorities meeting the aircraft on arrival
I am taking this very flight in May, as part of a trip to Brazil connecting to Aeromexico in Madrid. Sure do hope the Cabin Manager has cooled down and will not be so grumpy then 😅😅😅
I've flown this route between MAD and Amsterdam in the front (same 787) a few times. Always had great attentive service, filming and taking photos of everything. Sorry there was one bad apple in the bunch for you! Also congrats on the subs and I'd love a few stickers to decorate my new Pelican Air case! Happy travels!

The rudest crew member I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with was a Westjet flight attendant AUA to YYZ. The flight was empty, but when I boarded last and went to my assigned seat, it was occupied. There were only 17 passengers on the flight and I just took another seat. The flight attendant overheard the conversation and lambasted me for not asking permission first. She was extremely rude to me for the entire flight.
Well done, and I share your opinion regarding how a single cabin crew can screw the impression of an airline. Congrats on 450k. And a sticker would be very cool too 🤓

Agree with most of the fellow comments, one negative person can really derail an experience. Very unfortunate. It's these experiences though we are grateful for, the honesty of your reviews are very welcoming, it certainly gives me certain things to look out for when on a flight!

As Spanish, Iberia’s has always been best… perhaps it’s a language thing? As I found KLM’s to be quite… dry
