-To spawn the boss you have to find the terrarium which spawns inside a set piece with a chest that can be found in forests -Activate the terrarium and the eye will appear at night targeting a random player -The boss will despawn if it isn't killed when the night ends, but it doesn't recover HP in between nights so you can fight it on separate occasions -atm I think only wolfgang is capable of killing the eye in a short night, so I used permanent night in the video to show the fight without damage multipliers in one go -The eye of terror drops a hat that is essentially a football helmet that can be refueled with food -Overall not a very hard fight, I'd compare it to antlion, only its dash during the second phase is a bit hard to avoid but not much of a problem, the twins are much more difficult on the other hand
well it makes sense for the twins to be more difficult because in terraria they are essentially an upgraded eye of cthulhu that you encounter much later in the game's progression

@@marcostorres5373 The best thing Terraria did was add in a secret world seed "The Constant" when you are creating a world. It adds in Charlie and starvation which is pretty fun. You actually just need to refine that marble too into smooth marble; then you can make a whole marble house and furniture out of it :) Unfortunately no marble statues tho but Terraria has lots of stone statues and you can paint them white to match marble, there is an npc called the painter who can move in if you make enough houses and progress just a bit.

Infinite football helmet? That's pretty neat. Not that pigskin is something you really lack, but considering food is so common that is p good. Also the fight seems super easy with more than one person

Took around 100 seconds, you can probably fight this guy around the time you get your first Ham Bat. Might even be THE best early boss to do, especially for characters with diet restrictions like Wurt and Wigfrid. Let me know if you find some consistent setup for the Twins, 20k damage in a single night doesn't sound too easy, especially since they BOTH enrage at the same time.
@@htrehtrgfrebe63 yeah it has twins. Tho they are pretty much 2 more agressive Eye of Cthulhus. You can agro them one at the time and Retinizer doesent even shoot lazers. Tho i think Retinizer Summons more than Spasmatism and Spasmatism charges more than retinizer.

@@turtley8581 Honestly it's been such a long time since I played non expert terraria that I forgot EoC originally didn't dash everywhere when its health reach 1/4. Recently I've introduced a friend and started the normal playthrough, funnily enough I often overprepare for fights and it happend even in this boss fight where I was "Now when are you going to start super dashing?" The final fourth of the fight.

Idk how you guys are satisfied with re-logics handling of Deerclops but as an long time Terraria player I can say only this: I tip my head to developer team. I love how EoC looks, his AI and that cover of Boss1 is just awesome
Just imagine if they behaved the same way they did in Terraria. The twins using their respective mechanical attacks (cursed flames and laser cannons) Eye Of Cthulhu doing his frantic dashing that he does in expert and master mode
Honestly now that you can shorten the cooldown on the Terrarium it's now a good way to get dairy, good for it regardless though. Else you'd have to get other butter or volt goat milk. One very rare the other complicated.
The eye of terror is ,egit the eye of cthulu it has that mouth not only makes that roaring sound effect and you can hear a bit of terraria boss music in the background
The terraria bosses in DST kinda feel like a letdown, but at the end of the day I'm glad that both games are getting new content and that the new songs slap
I feel like it was most likely due to the devs wanting the crossover stuff to be accessible to newer players exploring either games so its problaby why we dont see too many crazy things
the hardest part of this fight in my experience doesn't seem to actually be killing it since its basically a glorified rook, but killing it before dawn
seems like it would be easy but maybe thats just cos i already know the boss's attack patterns. overall I love the modified terraria music, sounds great!

Rechargeable football helmet is kinda huge for early-mid game

Hp doesn't regen between nights, so you can kill the twins across multiple days

Interesting that they renamed it from "Eye of Cthulhu" to "Eye of Terror."
It's probably a lore reason, as there is no Cthulhu in don't Starve Together, so the Survivors would have no idea that it was from Cthulhu.
