Seems to me that you suffer from the same problem...... just be yourself and you will be fine, I saw that byun was a literal god like 2-3 years ago when he started streaming HOTS. Have a little confidence and you will be a irl champ as well!
yes,i became anxious too when i played on high ladder or even for money..but you just have to find the point where the fun is more important than the win..Where getting better is more important than having wins in your match history. You only get better if you play vs better enemys, and after you realize that you beat guys someday who were once better than you,you will see that this is one of the best feelings we gamers can get !
wow the production value on these little videos is through the roof. Great job to blizzard for making such great videos that give insight into the players, their journies, and their stories. byunstoppable
This video is great ! Hearing the player's personal stories and struggles is amazing ! Gives it a sense of reality to the whole esports experience ! Keep vids like this coming !!
They probably might not answer, but from what I understand, a lot of different players were getting filmed over multiple days, so it seems likely. I just wonder how they would accomplish this for the few replacements.
I am playing Arcade and Co-op in Starcraft 2 and I always feel nervous when I think of trying the multiplayer. It's just intense. Maybe 2vs2 will be less intense for me, but strategy games multiplayer are always intense. It's interesting to see that even those that are champions have had nervous in these situations. :)
Just dont be scared to lose and be ready to lose a lot. Just keep trying, watching replays and go on reddit for tips. It will be the most rewarding game you ever play.
I actually use the same tactics as those in tournaments. I don't consider myself as casual player in starcraft 2, just it gives intense feelings, even that it's just a game and I play for fun. :)
I'm looking forward to watching the WCS playoffs and finals. I haven't watched professional SC2 since LotV was released. I'm hoping the state of the game is better than when I stopped watching HotS.
I guess now he's not longer alone as a teamless player if the stories about Proleage being discontinued and many Kespa teams dropping their sc2 rosters are right.
not well learned in sc2 esports but I thought that sOs and Hero were bound to be in the finals. For example sOs flattened Byun in Tapei? Anyone know why they didn't make it? My assumptions are wrong? They didn't try?
Wow Blizzard. You have not also maid the best game in the Universe - StarCraft2. Also it's like so inspiring, it's about life and believing in something and working passionately to get there. Thank you!
I'm a big fan of Byun, he made history by being the first teamless champion twice, too bad that meant the death of Starcraft teams such as KT, SKT and the leagues.
i didn't see neeb against terran in that Korea tournament and he said he's weak in vs terran. And this guy is very good he's gonna be the one who WRECKS neeb
Okay, so with KESPA disbanding 5 of the 7 major teams due to prominent match fixing, are there allegations that this all came about as a result of the first non-team individual ever to win a Starcraft 2 Tournament followed almost immediately by the first foreigner ever to take out a Korean SC2 tournament? I love ByuN and all, he took out the GSL title over s0s so decisively, but then went onto lose the Cross Finals, and get kicked out by Zest in Round 1 of the Kespa cup, who in turn got kicked out by TY, who in turn got kicked out by Trap, who in turn got beat by Neeb.
Great video! Love seeing these player spotlights. ByuNs career is such a remarkable story
This is so cool! Really great video.
you have to love Byun, or at least respect him
such a great story for him and whole StarCraft(BW and 2)
"I dont dream of my name becoming synonymus with Starcraft II. My goal isn't to become a superstar." Oh well, ByuN. You already did all that.
this is the best produced side-content from the official channel i have seen. Keep up the good work
"My goal isn't to become a superstar"
Well but you are.
but it wasnt his goal :D
Coming back to this 2 years later.. seeing Byun win is probably the most satisfying out of all the champions.
That was a really good video :). As someone with anxiety issues as well I really feel for ByuN. I hope he gets a lot more wins from now on :).
Seems to me that you suffer from the same problem...... just be yourself and you will be fine, I saw that byun was a literal god like 2-3 years ago when he started streaming HOTS. Have a little confidence and you will be a irl champ as well!

wow the production value on these little videos is through the roof. Great job to blizzard for making such great videos that give insight into the players, their journies, and their stories. byunstoppable

They probably might not answer, but from what I understand, a lot of different players were getting filmed over multiple days, so it seems likely. I just wonder how they would accomplish this for the few replacements.

I'm looking forward to watching the WCS playoffs and finals. I haven't watched professional SC2 since LotV was released. I'm hoping the state of the game is better than when I stopped watching HotS.
