Here's the Synthesia tutorial for "The Sound of Rain" by Big Rice.
For this tutorial, I used Big Rice's actual MIDI recording. All I did was separate the left and right hand parts for Synthesia.

I'm really bad and I decided that this will be my first song. I have never tried the piano and it took me 3h of practice to master the first 15 sec of the song 😅. That means, this should take me about 17 hours to learn

Really though..... Try listening to Chopin Ballades. They're long, maybe 7mins or 10 mins... But so beautiful. Especially no.1 and no.4. you can try those two. Once I can play the Ballades I'm gonna be so happy.

I wish I could play this, I guess I just gotta keep practicing.
I've always wanted to be able to play a piece like this, and with some practice I might be able to, I've come this far so who knows. All I know is that playing and listening to piano makes me feel, complete? It's a hard feeling to describe, but I pour my emotions into the music and just feel, at home, like it's what I've always needed. Music also helps with my mental health, it always has, i probably wouldn't be here if it wasent for music.

I don't have a MIDI for that one, so it would take a while to transcribe. I'll consider doing it in the future.

What do you have trouble with when you try to play by ear? Perhaps I could help you with that.
When I started learning how to play by ear a few months ago, I found it easy to figure out the melody, but difficult to figure out the chords (or left hand part). I would try guessing what the chords were, but many times they wouldn't sound right.
Then I discovered this video: ruclips.net/video/imj7FniRzyY/видео.html.
In there, the woman demonstrates how she figures out the chord progression to songs by ear. Instead of listening for the highest note like you do for the melody, you listen for the lowest note you can hear and figure it out on the piano.
This lowest note is typically the root note of the chord for that part of the song. If you know what key the song is in, you'll know what the remaining notes for that chord are.
Once I knew this, I was able to figure out the melody and chords for songs by ear. I figured out any extra notes by humming them and finding them on the piano.
Here's a good tutorial by Zacky The Pianist with some advice on how to play by ear. He shows how he figures out songs step by step:

my problem is the left hand and the chords in general (regard less of the hand), i am starting to get better with the left hand, but not so much with the chords.
I've been playing by ear for almost two months now, and i played three songs already, i can play the melody and find the scale easily, so my only problem right now is the chords.
When I figure out a piano solo, like one of Big Rice's songs, what I do is listen for the left hand notes one part at a time. If I can't figure it out right away, I'll listen to the same part repeatedly. I usually keep listening to the same 2 or 3 seconds of a song repeatedly until I figure it out.
If it's still too difficult to figure out the left hand notes (like in "Heaven's Lullaby), I'll hum the lowest note. While I'm humming it, I'll play notes on the piano until I find out which one matches with the note that I'm humming. Sometimes I have to go back and listen again to make sure I'm humming the same note exactly.
Once you figure out that note, you should write it down and work on the next one. A lot of times, the left hand follows a common pattern, so once you figure out the notes to a chord in one part of the song, you can usually apply that same pattern to many other chords in the song.
For example, the left hand notes for one part of the song may be C G C(higher) E, going up. If the lowest note in the next part of the song starts on A, then usually the notes after it will be E A(higher) C, which is the same pattern as C G C E.
If you look at the Synthesia tutorials of Big Rice's songs, you'll notice that his left hand plays the same pattern of notes in many parts of the song.
In "The Heart's Tale", he plays G B D, A E C#, then B F# D in his left hand about 2 minutes in. Notice that all three of these chords are the same pattern starting on different notes?
Of course, there are exceptions to this, and this is where ear training, knowledge of chords, and music theory can be helpful. In Big Rice's songs, his left hand usually starts on the root note of each chord, but some other songs will use chord inversions, making it more difficult to figure out.
In the end, there's no easy shortcut; just lots and lots of practice. But you already know that too. ^_^
I myself am still learning to play by ear effectively. Eventually, I hope to play anything I hear right away like Kyle Landry or Amosdoll. Or make cool arrangements of songs like Theishter and Animenz.
Check out the videos I linked to in my previous reply as well. The people in there demonstrate how they figure out the chords to songs.

For "The Heart's Tale" and "The Sound of Rain", I used the MIDI files that Big Rice sent me, so I was able to turn them into Synthesia tutorials quickly.
Normally, however, I transcribe songs simply by listening to them repeatedly and figuring out what the notes are. This is what I did for "Heaven's Lullaby" and "Remembrance". Doing this can take many hours.
However, the advantage to this is that you can play almost any song you hear without sheet music or Synthesia tutorials.
If you want, I could post some links to videos and tutorials that I used to teach myself how to transcribe music and play by ear. It becomes easier to do with practice.

Maybe you dont have a full scale piano, which means you dont have all the notes as shown in the video, or maybe its because its quality isn't good.

This is a grand piano sounding piece with a pedal, you may not have a pedal or a high quality piano . Here’s another thing, your piano may not be a 88 key piano, so count all your keys and that’s probably why it sounds different. Same chords with different octaves sound very unfamiliar
